Used to go here and loved it when Eli owned it!! New owner is incredibly unfriendly, rude, and disrespectful to members....I've talked to many who have had similar experiences. I recommend switching gyms for a friendlier and healthier experience with staffing.

Bad staff I’ve been interrogated multiple times by the owner and his little sidekick I’ve always had my card and paid for the last couple of years this is the first time where I’ve felt targeted for trying to work out and have fun. The owner has pulled me out of my work outs at least 4 times to just “get my card situated “ even though I pay for it horrible staff need a new owner ASAP.

Used to be really good, but new owner is no good, employees leaving over him, everyone i gym with is canceling their cards, he recently yelled at a 10 year old there with his dad for not having a card, seriously, and today he came out the building up to a group of teenagers car and yelled/harassed them while they were leaving the gym. Snap fitness sucks now.

Over priced for the facility’s features, sled pull is for outdoor use only, rowing machines are in separate room that costs $5 more monthly to access, staff was not clear about this upon signing up, and upon canceling I was informed rudely that there was no way to avoid being charged for an extra month. Would not recommend gym at all.

Nice smaller sized gym that is 24 hours. Has pretty much all weight training equipment you need and doesn't get too crowded. Been working out here for about 2 years and haven't had a bad experience.

Great gym! Always clean and other members are friendly. Randy is great! The other older manager seemed a bit sexist when we signed up, but I just ignore him and go on days that he isn't there. Love the convenience.

Edited to add: Someone from Snap Fitness called me to talk about my review.. I have waited a while after the phone call to sit with my feelings on this and determine what to do. I found it a little unsettling that they were able to get my phone number when my Google account only has my first name and no other personal factors. He assured me the manager/owner that made me uncomfortable does not normally get complaints like this and that he would be sorry to hear that he missed the mark with me and my friend.
I'm leaving my original comments posted because I feel it is necessary even though Josh basically told me to change my review during our phone call because having the word sexist out there looks bad. Unfortunately, this whole situation has made me very uncomfortable and I am not going to return to the gym and will be canceling my membership. I love that he reached out to address my review, but I felt it was more because they wanted the review changed and not because they were concerned with what I had to say. I will miss this gym.

I went in to check it out. I had a friend tell me that it was better than when I had been there many years ago. Wasn't disappointed. They had expanded, adding more equipment and they have plans to expand further. It wasn't crowded, making it easy to get through a workout without having to wait long to use equipment. Best of all, with the new expansion they said they will be installing a few showers and a possibility of an individual sauna. This is nice because the next closest gym is around 15 miles away. They do honor the Silver Sneakers program.

Coming from huge gyms this place has the basics for what you need. It’s a little small and tight so a few people might seem a little crowded. Everyone keeps to their own which I like. I wish patrons only did a better job cleaning after themselves.

I enjoy working out At this facility because it is small, personable, and you have all the right materials that you need for a good work out. I love that it’s 24 hours, and I love their new functional room. The gym is clean, love the tv’s by the treadmills, and not to mention I think it’s a great price. They help out the community. Great gym!

Drive 30minutes to a better establishment. The gym is tiny and over priced you are paying 45$ a month waiting for people to get out of the way. The place is filthy but instead of cleaning it or hiring cleaners the owner just makes weird “rules” like no chalk. There was a dirty pair of socks sitting in a cubby for months, old clothes still there and the daily worker doesn’t ever do anything or clean. Always absolutely filthy instead of cleaning they just blame the gym goers. Too cheap to run the a/c.Oh and if you like the owner creepily watching the cameras all day and night and getting harassment calls from him at 11pm asking you to go yell at some kids trying to workout for him then this will be your favorite gym!

Lived in Dundee for 3 years and the first year would not workout here, as there was no squat rack. After it was sold, the new owners put a lot into the gym and I enjoyed almost 2 years of using the facility. It was a little pricey at 30-40$ if you use both sides, but as Dundee has nothing else, that’s a small thing to me personally. I was worried about paying on a card as gyms are very shady and canceling is almost always a hassle. As I recently moved to Muskegon, I needed to cancel my membership and forgot for almost 2 weeks. Form having a conversation with the new manager Randy about the situation prior to me leaving, he had canceled it for me before I was billed again. Their communication is good and their prompt about fixing things .Great gym and staff, I wish them well! Thank you Randy!

This place is awesome! I used this gym while visiting family in the area over the holidays. This Snapfitness has 2 workout spaces. One has all your standard gym equipment which is great, but their second space is what really impressed me and I believe sets them apart from other gyms. Their second space (called thier functional training space) has high quality rogue gear for all your lifting needs, which even includes concept 2 rowers, ski ergs, bike, and freeform runner. This space was prefect for getting all my lifts in and keeping me on track for my upcoming meet. This gym truly has everything you could need for your fitness/training needs.
