I have been a member of Snap Fitness for seven years. Unfortunately with the new management and owners, the gym is getting increasingly dirty. The exterior, floors, mats, equipment, etc are constantly filthy. Also, the owners charge an annual maintenance fee and ask recommendations for new equipment, yet only 1 or 2 pieces of equipment that we asked for has been bought. But they did sell all the spin bikes, several plate loaded machines and the iPad for classes. Lastly, the AC broke on a Friday. I notified the owners and now three days later there is still no AC. It has been 75 to 80° in the gym. Sad to say, I will be finding a new gym.

After a week of debating which gym in town would be the best for me, I decided it would be a nice birthday present to myself to sign-up for a membership here. At 1:30pm on a Saturday, I was surprised and disappointed that this 24hr gym was locked with a note on their door that stated "Will be gone Thur 3/13 and FRI 3/14 Call Caledonia Snap." Came here to ask how often this happens.

This place is run down, I don’t know what this worker gets paid to do. The floors in the gym are DIRTY, it’s disgusting. The machines are broken, fans are broken, rust water fountains, unclean bathrooms, also it stinks in the gym. I been here for 5 years. Eric and another guy used to mange the gym and they did a awesome job cleaning, I used to see them clean all the time. I haven’t even seen the girl that works there now and I hope I don’t, I hope we get a new person that actually cares and cleans. Thank you.

Small gym, but not often super busy. Most basic machines are there, but there's only one or two of things like a stair stepper and a rowing machine. There's a small back room for warming up. I do like that they have classes available too. Tanning booth available but haven't used. Showers are so-so. Prices are VERY high considering the cost (and small size of this location) of a planet fitness membership and some of the other gyms in the area. Plus a pretty high up front cost. Not sure staffed hours are accurate. Tvs in the front but only ever one or two on and usually it's QVC or the news. Open 24/7.

I love this place for a workout. The weight lifting is in the back area with all the cardio upfront. I just got back into working out. I don't have to look prim and proper like some places. 24/7 hours is great for me as well. All kinds of folks workout here. I am really enjoying getting back into shape.

Before the shut down I stopped in to do a one month membership. I asked to not put my card on file because I was living for a deployment. I just noticed that they had been charging me all along. When I called to ask for a refund they stated if I didn't record the conversation then they won't refund my money. Although they confirmed I haven't been in since January. The guy that works there is a SCUMBAG.

I have been a member of Snap fitness off and on for several years. The pandemic has hit so many businesses very hard and I understand the position that they are in but to carelessly announce 24/7 and no mask requirements is a serious health risk. When a business prioritizes profits over community health I cannot agree. They are being very difficult in canceling my membership and refusing to refund membership fees. I cannot risk my health for their benefit. Time to find another gym.
