I went to this gym for over 5 years with a few breaks and it was excellent the entire time. The owner was always working to improve the quality of the gym layout and equipment. I miss going here.

Great gym excellent equipment for any specific training style whether that be general fitness, bodybuilding, powerlifting, crossfit or oly lifting. Equipment ranging from dumbbells from 5-140lb and everything in between, multipurpose racks for squat, benching etc. and a rogue deadlift platform just to name some stuff. Incredible staff that can help you with whatever you need. Arguably the best gym in Livingston county.

It's a very nice gym and has better equipment than most snaps, however that's only if the employees get off the equipment so that you can use it. They often sit on it and chat. I come to the gym for around 2 hours a day and I'm lucky if I'm able to even touch or even look at an empty squat rack or dead lift zone. .

I recently joined. I walked in and received a tour (there isn't much to tour) and the equipment all works, it has all the necessary equipment you need (or at least that I want) but not necessarily the variety larger gyms have. The membership was straight forward, there was a current deal (isn't there always) that made joining sound very appealing. They offer a month by month contract that isn't outrageous so I can gauge over the next few months if purchasing a 6mo or 12mo contract is more economical if I actually keep up with going. There isn't a cancellation fee. The place was clean, well maintained, the staff was friendly. I can't really comment on what the place is like during peak hours but I could see a wait and some frustration with some equipment if too many people are there at one time but so far based on my time schedule it hasn't been a problem. No complaints and I feel there is lots of freedom in the contract and I haven't sign my life or checkbook away for 1 year.
