I have been going to this club for a couple of years and it has everything I need. Great atmosphere. I usually work out late at night and the 24hr. convenience is great. Only thing I would suggest is keeping the heat on more in the winter, back of the place is ice cold during the winter months, but that's minor.

I like Snap Fitness. The location is very convenient, which means no skipping work out days! Customer service is also great.

I love that it is close by and always open and clean. The staff is friendly and always willing to help out.
Would love to see a little more space and maybe offer Yoga. But great free weights and tons of cardio equipment

24 hours, free weights and a bunch of cardio. It's a neighborhood gym which means you can strike up a relationship with anyone who comes through the door. I'm here 6 days a week, the convenience is second to none.

My wife and I have been members for about 7 years in the Caledonia area, we recently moved to the area and have been using the Snap Fitness in Kalamazoo (Milwood), the staff (Frank) has been very welcoming and making sure we are happy with the gym. The gym is a bit smaller than the one in Caledonia, but has all the equipment that we need. Everything is kept up and clean which means a lot to us. My wife and I have been retired to the last 4 1/2 years, so exercise is very important to keep our health. When I was still working, I used to travel as part of my job and I was able to use Snap Fitness centers all the way from the Mojave Desert in California to Fort Myers in Florida. So many of the gyms are not quite as nice as others, but Frank keeps this one in tip top shape. That is why we are loyal customers.
