I've been with this gym nearly two years. While the gym prior to the current owner was great, the facility was not nearly as clean and updated as it has been since the new owner took over in early 2020. The facility was redesigned and updated during the stay at home orders and upon returning, I was very impressed. I didn't realize how dirty it was until it had been cleaned up! I have worked out at other gyms like Planet Fitness and Lifetime but this suits my workout needs for light cardio and light weight lifting. I have always felt comfortable in this gym despite not being nearly as athletic as others in the gym. The owner is always responsive when I have a request. I look forward to spending the winter working out in this location while it is cold outside.

Recently joined. Great owner, very responsive. However, I notice that even when the owner is there many members do not wear their mask. I saw it the day I enrolled as well as again today! It’s unfortunate, because the gym is very nice. But not worth becoming COVID-19 positive. Maybe I’ll check out some other places with guest passes before committing 😌

Most of the equipment seemed old. There was no bench to change your shoes. Not a lot of storage for bags, shoes, and coats.

They prefer you pay up front for personal training. I developed a health problem that I may not recover from and they refuse to refund the money for 3 training sessions. Avoid this place and this owner if you are senior citizen.

Very convenient place to work out on a budget has everything you need. The owner is willing to work with you and was very friendly and met me there at exactly the agreed-upon time. There are a couple muscle heads there who Grunt and moan but other than that everyone kind of keeps to themselves.

When it comes to fitness centers - a lot of it has to do with personal preference, but this place is just right for me. Its clean, never crowded, reasonably priced, good selection of equipment, 24x7 operation. Trainers are available but they leave you alone if you are not interested. Plus I can jog there from my house for my warm up. Does not have a locker room but there is a bathroom if you need to change.

Amazing staff.. always clean, and never busy! I've literally never had to wait for a machine or weight in the 6 months I've enjoyed there. Excellent place to workout. Easy access, with great parking. You can be in and out within an hour easy. Has the equipment needed for a quality workout with little to no wait time to use anything. It's like your own personal gym.

Great small gym. Owner is super helpful and responsive (always answers phone calls and voicemails ). It's a great gym to belong to if you travel too because there are Snaps in most cities that you can go to with your membership for free.

Excellent gym! Clean, friendly and never crowded. You park steps from the door. Not a large gym but very efficient.; the equipment is in well laid out and is in excellent condition. I used to belong to Lifetime, but now I save time, money and the hassle not going to that over-crowded sprawling complex. I work out more often because it takes less effort between parking and open equipment. If you need a trainer, ask for Bob, he's excellent!

I like this gym because its very clean, great equipment, friendly and helpful staff. The personal trainer is very knowledgeable and cute, I might add. Its never been too crowded and I have never had to wait for a machine. Well worth it.
