I’m not usually a group fitness class fan but I like Solidcore — it’s forced me to work on my core strength! Marisa P and Olivia K are stellar and I try to get into their mid-day classes if I can.

I am a member and am moving away from the area. I need to cancel my membership. When I try to call the location, it goes straight to voicemail. Never got a call back. The only way to speak to someone is if you submit a ticket request via solidcore app. I sent a ticket request out on june 6, and still not a single person has contacted me (today is june 17). Now my credit card has been charged again.
oh, and I don’t want to forget to mention, I can’t even go into my solidcore location to speak to someone. The only employee There is the instructor who is teaching the class. They only have 10 Minutes In between classes. I wish there was a receptionist or someone to talk to I joined this gym because I thought it was an exclusive boutique feel, but I Have never belonged to something that feels more corporately owned in my life.
