Love it here. The classes can get challenging, but you’re there to modify when you need it. The coaches are all awesome and are there to correct your form. The environment is very welcoming. Convenient scheduling is superb and is my favorite part, where there’s always open availability for most classes on the app.

I really love the structure of Solidcore Pilates, and both Lauren B. and Lanna B. are amazing instructors. They correct clients without hesitation, always making sure form is right, and they do it in a way that’s supportive and encouraging. They’re both super helpful, motivating, and create such a positive atmosphere that makes every workout challenging but rewarding.

[solidcore] has been an amazing workout for me postpartum. It’s challenging in the best way and has helped me rebuild strength, especially in my core, more than anything else I’ve tried.
The staff and coaches are so friendly, encouraging, and truly make you feel supported — whether it’s your first class back or you’re a regular. I never feel judged or out of place, just motivated to show up and push myself.
Every class feels intentional, and I always leave feeling stronger (and a little sore in the best way!). I’m so grateful to have found [solidcore] as part of my postpartum journey — it’s been a total game-changer for both my body and mindset.

Just go to a local club Pilates. This place doesn’t want your business. It’s also really dirty. And with no on site staff, if you have a problem with billing etc you’ll be chasing people down for months. Whatever is novel about solid core is canceled out by the grime, ridiculous policies, and inability to fix an issue ever.

It’s honestly dirty. The mirrors are never cleaned. The workout itself is amazing if you get a working reformer. The machines are broken. No teachers actually check them before so do it yourself or you waste your credits on broken machines. They never flag the one that is broken. I would never pay full price for this.

The strict time code would usually make sense but some of us have to drive over 30 minutes and all it takes is one hiccup with an accident or car troubles to then be locked out.
Was going to be my first time to try this place out but can tell you will not be returning. No form of communication, no warning of how strict the time window is, I was not informed at all.

Unfortunately we will not be going to this pilates place ever again. We cancelled our subscription by phone, text, email and on their website and they continue to charge our card. Think twice about joining here as they make it impossible to cancel

Fantastic workout class but AVOID Anya!
I started Solidcore a month ago and absolutely love it so far. I have been lifting weights for years and became somewhat bored and stagnant. I have added this in two times a week to bring more of a core focus to my routine and can already see results in my stomach and arms.
I will say though; instructors and who is teaching the class really matters. So far I have add amazing experiences with Racquel and McKenna, but had a class ruined and almost didn’t sign up for the membership because of Anya.
She started the class 5 minutes early, even though they are able to see that not everyone is there yet. Also Solidcore seems to have a pretty stringent policy of starting at the exact time of the class. Apparently the fact that people are paying good money for these classes did not matter to her. I walked into the class after setting my things in the locker at 2:56 for a 3 pm class and it was already in full swing. This was also my first “real” class after taking two intro classes so I was left feeling very confused and it threw me off for the whole class as I felt I was playing catch up. She then proceeded to not even acknowledge me other than throwing me a nasty look. I was never checked in for the class, as it does not appear on my list of past classes. She had a negative energy throughout and as I was leaving the front desk girl smiled and waved to me to say bye, and Anya who was sitting right next to her continued to glare at me. This is not an attitude one should have when dealing with customers in an fitness center, but fortunately there are plenty of great instructors here and she can be easily avoided, which I would strongly urge others to do as well.

I arrive for my class at 5:00am. So I woke up today at 4 to make this class because I really wanted to attend a class today, this was the only one open. I arrive at 5:01am, and the doors locked, I download the app to get a code to unlock the door, and I'm entering the password over and over and it isn't unlocking the door for me. So here I am, now driving home so disappointed I couldn't attend because of their door being locked.

I left this gym after about a month, despite really liking the workouts. I was at the door at 6 minutes late and because of their 5 minute policy the girl that saw me just stared at me and waited a couple minutes to then open the door to tell me I couldn’t join the class. I was still very new to solidcore and I didn’t know of that policy yet.
I didn’t feel like the instructors actually cared, it just felt like a business instead of a community.

Obsessed with this place. I wish there was a Detroit studio. Until then, I often make the trek out here just to get the amazing work out solidcore offers. The teachers are awesome, I love when they help with adjustments to improve my form. Reformer workouts really are the best!

Great work out but the fact that I drove 30 mins to get there 4 mins past due to a accident and the code was deactivated an a person saw me as I waved and they waved to try to get in and tried calling several times with no answer. Life happens sometimes. I feel like a 10 min grace period seems realistic.

Fun and effective workout. Only complaint is that the music can be too loud to hear the instructors, and the instructors can't always be understood when they shout into the mics. Ear plugs are provided.

I had my second class today with the instructor Olivia and she was amazing!! She was both encouraging and pushed you to reach full potential. I haven’t had that good of a workout in years!

I tried out Pilates for the first time here and absolutely loved it. I did the full body class, the workout was incredible and Cary is a fantastic instructor. She makes a point of getting to know every person in class by name on their first day and even a bit about their experience with fitness. I was so impressed her ability to work with everyone and adapt so quickly to a newcomer like me. Since she knew it was my first time she was able to put me next to a coach in training, taking a class with others with experience and watching them can be super helpful because it goes fast and I definitely needed the example to know who to follow / what to do a few times. The atmosphere and motivation from instructors as well as the rest of the class made it a great experience.
I am a runner who does 40-60 minutes of cardio daily and what I loved about this class is that you work until failure so it is a tough workout but also individualized and you determine your strength level. I will definitely continue Pilates after coming here!

I’m still fairly new, but I am obsessed! It’s a great workout and community. The instructors are very kind and motivating. The studio and equipment is set up so you work at your hardest pace/effort without feeling like you’re being watched/judged. The first few classes are especially hard, but the post-workout rewards make it all worth it and keep me coming back! By going 2-3 times a week, it keeps from staying stagnant with my exercise routine.

Cynthia is absolutely fantastic. Even though the direction was clear from the coaching, the first three classes were a bit overwhelming, but once I took my fourth, I started getting used to the terms and MAN! WHAT A WORK OUT. I've been doing HIIT exercises for over a year, but I've NEVER been this sore. Just remember to give yourself a few classes to help learn proper form. HIGHLY recommend!

I love this workout! I've been coming a few times per week since the studio opened and I can say that I feel stronger and more toned. The workouts are low impact but definitely challenging and make me sweat! The coaches are inspiring - I really like the positive atmosphere and the genuine feeling of camaraderie of everyone in class.
