StretchLab was created to help increase flexibility, range of motion and energy in people no matter what their age, body type or fitness level! StretchLab Brighton offers one on one assisted stretching in a fun, open and communal environment. Our one on one stretches can be 25 or 50 minutes long and we offer monthly memberships. All of our Flexologists are highly trained and create a custom stretch routine for each member. Our assisted stretches offer a unique way for our members to reach their flexibility goals.

I have been scheduling a Stretch session for a full year! Kayla has consistently enabled my body to reach positions for my increased movement every week! She understands my limitations and carefully distracts me to do the movements as far as I am able. It has been perfect form of physical body movement to help me continue to be active, comfortably at my age of 80! I will continue as long as I am able.

Laura was knowledgeable about the body and helped me identify some key areas I need to work on not only stretching but strength too. I appreciate her advice and support as Iβm recovering from an injury but still want to remain active in a careful and considerate way. Laura was gentle with the stretches but I felt so much better afterwards.

I came to Stretch Lab with arthritic pain from a hip joint that needed to be replaced. In an effort to stay active and prepare for surgery, every other joint stiffened, and my mobility was adversely affected. Sam knew exactly what to do to keep me moving and as pain-free as possible. I know Iβll have a better surgical outcome because of her expertise and our work together. Iβll be back at Stretch Lab as soon as Iβm cleared by my surgeon after the new hip so I can avoid any future surgeries. Motion is lotion, and I know Sam will help me keep moving well.

Not only does my personal Flexologist consistently ask before and during our session: How I feel, What areas are most in need of therapy, How is that particular area reacting to the treatment (during and the days after) etc, but both show interest in the mental health aspect of my schedule. Kayla and Adam are 5Star in multilevel ways. Highly recommended. k

Bella is great! I first went because of my knee still having some trouble after physical therapy. Bella is kind and knowledgeable. She can explain the muscle names and assess where you have problem points and where the improve. She will explain the importance of all the exercises and how it will improve you. She cares about you getting better. She is truly passionate about her job in helping others. I keep going because it helps me all year long with working out, golf, and skiing.

WATCH THE FINE PRINT. I had a membership for a few months, overall service is fine although a bit pricey. Unfortunately due to an injury I needed to cancel my membership, which I did well in advance of my next billing cycle. When I asked why I was charged for two subsequent months after cancellation, I was reluctantly refunded one month but was informed that somewhere in the exceptionally long agreement paperwork it states that cancellation must take place 31 days prior to your next bill. Meaning if you would like to cancel at any time, they are going to bill you for one more month. They refused to refund the month following my cancellation despite being physically unable to participate in a class. Sketchy business practices, that are not worth the insane price and questionable quality. If youβre going to pay top dollar find a licensed physical therapy office.

Being a member of Stretch Lab Brighton and working regularly with Flexologist Bella Donovan my flexibility as a goalie in ice hockey has increased incredibly. The ability to work over head without pain is just the latest perk also. I highly recommend making the investment in being flexible as part of a wellness plan.

After having hip, back, and knee surgery within 3 years my body just aches at night causing a huge disruption in my sleep.
PT helps with the strengthening of those areas but the night pain persisted.
So, what the heck, I tried the stretch lab. I thought it would be a bust because I stretch on a regular bases but OMG What a difference!
I realized then I just canβt stretch myself like Stretch lab does. They go deeper and stretch me in ways I canβt do myself.
Kayla is my technician and is wonderful at what she does. She is an excellent communicator which is an essential part of the process.

You have given me a renewed hope! I believe that I can actually achieve my fitness goals with a lot less pain.
