At T3 Training, we offer personalized and results-driven fitness programs to help you achieve your goals. Our expert trainers provide one-on-one personal training, challenging circuit training classes, and specialized athletic performance training to take your fitness to the next level. Classes consist of multiple circuits consisting of cardio and strength training. To keep your body guessing and the workouts challenging, we use a variety of movements and equipment including weights, bosu balls, resistance bands, valslides, and more.
Our trainers specialize in modification and form, so workouts can be accommodated to meet all fitness levels and ages.

I can’t say enough great things about this gym and the amazing team that runs it! Shane, Tiffany, and truly every staff member go above and beyond to motivate, encourage, and make every class a positive experience. Each workout is a little different, which keeps things fun and fresh, but every single class is incredibly efficient, challenging, and thoughtfully designed.
One of my favorite things is that all I have to do is show up—everything is already planned out for me, and I know I’m going to get a great workout in. The coaches have helped me stay strong and confident through two pregnancies and postpartum recovery, and I am so grateful for their support and guidance.
I absolutely love this place and can’t imagine training anywhere else. Thank you to the whole team for creating such an empowering and uplifting environment!

The trainers go above and beyond to ensure all students are well informed, comfortable and given the technical assistance necessary for a successful and meaningful workout. Throughout each week there are many formats of classes to select from including; strength training, Tabata, conditioning, yoga and more. There truly is something for everyone and the smaller class sizes create a very focused environment for all who attend. Each trainer brings their own unique spin to each class format, creating varied workouts, that you will never get bored with.

Love T3 Training! I joined two years ago to get back into shape after my 3rd baby. It was exactly what I was looking for in a studio after being away from the gyms during the pandemic. I was so nervous I wouldn’t find a gym I liked again, but this was everything I had been missing! Great community, creative workouts, knowledgeable instructors, good workout times, and the ability to modify workouts. I liked it so much…I decided to join their team and teach yoga on Sundays there! :) It’s a great boutique gym & all the classes are great- check it out!

I've been with T3 Training since it opened and it keeps getting better each year! I love the variety - from HIIT to strength training to yoga! You can't beat the community either. Even my kids have enjoyed one-on-one sports training sessions!

I have been going to T3 (Tiffany’s Training) for several years. I have never been bored or hit a plateau. I still get sore after workouts because we are always using a variety of muscles and she changes the formats often. The trainers are all knowledgeable and able to help modify when I have had injuries or just questions about getting stronger. I always invite friends to check it out and love that they offer a few free classes to see if it’s a good fit for them. I highly recommend T3.

I'm long overdue writing this review, but I've been doing personal training and classes at T3 for 2 years now. The workouts are the perfect level of challenging and motivating that keep me coming back. Modifications are offered to meet you where you're at so I never feel discouraged. The small class sizes help foster a sense of community and the trainers are able to stay attentive. Tiffany and the other trainers here are phenomenal at what they do and care deeply about their clients, 100% would recommend this gym to anyone and will continue to be a client for years to come.

I have been with Tiffany from the start and will never entertain going anywhere else for my workouts! She got me into the best shape of my life for my wedding. My grandma even commented that she had never seen my arms so toned :) I love the variety of formats and different types of classes, so that not one class is ever the same: Once you start, you will be hooked!

I started out taking classes through ClassPass and had such an awesome experience that I joined T3 as a member! Tiffany, Brittany, Shane, and Sarah are super friendly and knowledgeable. They all take an interest in you no matter what your fitness level is. Each workout is very thought out and organized. The classes are challenging yet fun and the trainers are there to keep you motivated and get you to the finish line. They are always willing to make modifications if necessary. After working our 3x a week here for almost a year, I’m physically so much stronger and have seen many positive changes in my body. If you’re looking for a sign to try a class out, here is your sign!

As a client of T3 training myself, it is important to me that my kids learn proper form and technique while exercising. The trainers at T3 are amazing. My 19 year old daughter is hooked on all the classes T3 offers and now my 15 year old son is too! After several semi private sessions with Shane, my son is excited to become stronger and faster while training during his off season of baseball.

I started seeing Tiffany for personal training 8 months after having my baby. I love everything about Tiffany and her gym. I was intimidated about getting back in shape and learning how to do everything. Two months later, I’m more confident and feeling stronger than ever. I’m gaining strength, speed, agility, and flexibility, and I truly look forward to working out. Will feel comfortable enough to switch to the regular formatting in a few months but find the personal training 100% worth the investment. Highly recommend Tiffany and her team to anyone!

I searched many gyms in the area before I settled into Tiffany’s. My first class was April 4, 2019 and I have not seen or taken a class that can compare.
They have so many different workouts and the trainers are always pushing you to do your best. They always help with modifications if you have an injury and are knowledgeable in everything from how to lose weight, build muscle, or just maintain. They collaborate with surrounding businesses to be able to help you in every aspect of healthy living. They did not skip a beat during COVID. They offered virtual workouts to keep their members healthy and fit.
I highly recommend the gym and if you haven’t yet, take advantage of their free class offerings and check it out for yourself.

I have been going to Tiffany's Training for 3 years now and i'm STILL surprised by all the different workouts they incorporate week after week. They offer multiple different class times/class styles/& even virtual workouts (which was incredible during quarantine).

Working out used to be something I did at home because I felt like I had to... it turned into a chore for me and I was tired of the same boring workouts every day. I joined Tiffany's Training almost a year ago and I can honestly say that I ENJOY working out now. The workouts are fun, creative and exhausting! The atmosphere is high energy and the Trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging and push you to achieve your goals. I would and have recommended Tiffany's to anyone who is looking for a great workout. I even hosted a private Birthday workout at Tiffany's where I got to sweat it out with my closest friends and family and, my now husband, proposed to me.
