Edit : so I’m here to tell you guys watch your back there!! I had a worker there Who told her niece who’s in my son‘s grade that she hates me? The only Meghan that works there is in the sales department so all I wanted to do was have a word with her, but I couldn’t do that because they’re protecting her. I don’t know why we couldn’t just be adults even if her niece accidentally slipped up and said something, but why and how did she know what my son look like? They do take pictures if you put your kids and kids care which I had recently taken off because I don’t use it. We’ve been members here since 2021 or 22 ! There’s black mold on the splash pad. I’ve asked numerous times if I could get a scrubby and scrub it because it looks so bad. I’ve picked up Band-Aids I picked up wristbands. I mean it’s been so bad there. Nobody cleans the pool is filthy. But I don’t complain. I just go because guess what I get it they’re busy, but they can’t scrub a splash pad with black mold on it? And then I have somebody who works there. Tell their niece that they don’t like me which they could’ve just said to my face, cause I don’t even know who it is. That’s fine that you don’t like me. That’s completely fine. You won’t be the first and you won’t be the last but don’t bring my child into it!!!! NEVER! I’ve spent so much money at this place and it was for nothing !! The new management is going to run this place into the ground!!! Also if you see their pictures now they don’t have that big blue jumpy thing because they took that out probably because it was a liability and they put in a basketball court!!!! Now that’s cool like my kids were so excited but every time we’ve been there, they won’t let them have a basketball because the basketballs go over the fence into the parking lot, but isn’t it you guys that made it there?? Is it supposed to just like be something to look at and not play on?

Very rude couldn't even take quad grampa in to watch his grandkids swim by window without paying 10 dollars pretty sad this is supposed to be a Christian center....guessing money is their goal ...also he dropped his coffee cause he had a spasms the people at the snack bar was laughing at him...he told his son just take him to hospital since he couldn't watch the kids swim might be his last time since he is really sick...

I love the Centre so so so so so so so much. I go there every once in a while now but during the summer im there all day everyday. Its basically like my second home. The staff there is like family and everyone is very nice and funny. The staff really know how to interact with the guests and kids that go there on a regular basis. Good place to hang out especially in the summer and I really recommend getting a membership. Made so many good memories there and always enjoy spending my time there. The environment is so nice and Ethan, Josh, and Eddie definitely deserve a raise for what they put up with us.🥲 Last summer six days out of the week I would wake up and then spend the rest of my day at the centre til they closed with my friends. I eat all my meals there when I go! (the pizza is bomb🔥). Theres so many things to do at the Centre, you’ll never get tired of going there! (the mini court) I love the Centre and the staff.☺️🤗🤗

I wanted to keep this private between myself and the managers at The Centre, but since it has been three weeks and I haven’t had any reply I am forced to go public. I submitted this paragraph to the membership inquiry weeks ago and I have not been contacted since. Since this email things have gotten worse and the only person who we could count on for membership questions, Sidney, has now left due to how bad of a manager Bradley is. I have also since heard other members complaining about how he makes them uncomfortable by sitting in Kids Care and watching their children when he has no reason to be in there and is not employed by the Kids Care department. Hopefully posting this will make the higher ups realize that maybe he wasn’t the best choice for the job.

“I love the Centre, the majority of the staff is amazing, Abby and Rachel are amazing people! The front desk staff Sidney, Madisyn, and Brittany are all the sweetest people and they take great care of the members! The reason for my message is because of the new Sales Manager Bradley. I have seen him first hand be rude and condescending towards his employees even to the point of talking sternly and pointing his fingers at them. That is not a good quality in a manager or leader. For being employed at a "Christian" family Centre he sure isn't showing Christian characteristics. I feel so bad for the desk girls, they seem to tense up every time he comes around which shows me that something might be going on behind closed doors that is worse than just what the members see. He has been here for quite some time now and he still cannot answer basic questions that myself and some of my friends have asked him, his lack of knowledge probably stems from him talking on his phone almost every time I see him.
I love it here but I don't know if I can support a place who lets their employees be treated like this. It's no wonder there is such high turnover with front desk staff when they are being treated this way. Do better management.”

Joined here almost 2 years ago with a grandparent membership. We love it. During the summer, we are here almost everyday. So much for the girls to do. Now that school is open and the kids are back home, I have started taking classes. Everyone is very nice and the food is great.

So upsetting I have to write this… We HAVE loved this place. We have 2 kiddos and really wanted to get a membership since we live so close. We went swimming one day on a day pass and I went to get a life jacket for my 2.5 year old and EVERY SINGLE ONE was completely MOLDED. There was another little girl playing with my daughter and she was wearing it completely molded. I went to the front desk to inform them and to ask if we could get any not molded and she acted like she didn’t care and sat down. Even if they didn’t have any extras, take initiative and get them out of the pool area so people are not using them and so that people are not breathing in all of that mold. So upsetting for such a wonderful place for families…

Very nice indoor spaces, and outdoor pool/splash area for children. Nice racket ball and basketball court. We attended the lights out swim a few weeks ago and my kids had a lot of fun. Facilities are very nice and welcoming staff and volunteers. Always clean and tidy. Cafe offers great snacks and food options as well.

Our family loves coming here for the open swims. The facilities are always clean, and there are plenty of clean, dry towels. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I wish that they charged a different amount for small children instead of the same price that they charge for adults. It is really nice that they have a food bar. They have a lot of options, and the food always tastes fresh. It will be even better when the outside portion of the swimming pool and splash pad are open in the summer

The food is amazing, the staff is typically very friendly and the facility is well maintained. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because each bathroom has 2 doors and they ALWAYS keep one open so that you feel like God and everyone else in the hallway can hear you doing your business and that is actually the worst and has made me feel uncomfortable and exposed since I was a kid going here. Very high end. They keep it well maintained and organized. From the classes to the memberships ( which is contract ) but note its a very very clean establishment. Very polite and friendly staff. You get a ton of included like the outdoor park, classes, indoor pool, cafe which is so delicious, you can rent party/conference space, there's a theater, 2 gyms, physical therapy, big locker rooms and clean showers. The price is amazing for what you get. If you are looking for something less then amazing there are other places in town. :P

But it’s very rude to receive emails from the centre voicing your political beliefs, trying to persuade others to agree with you. I am 100% a christian but that is completely wrong, and I do not agree whatsoever. Very unprofessional.

Still does year long contracts and refuses to let you change that should you not be using it. I suspect there's a reason why they're offering a 75% discount to their school now. People are getting wise to the too expensive option with no one going. Save your money and go elsewhere. Everyone that works there is a volunteer; you'd think they would realize someone that has gone 4 times in 8 months is never coming back if you make them pay for another 4 months before they can cancel. MONEY HUNGRY !!!!!

Since the pandemic I have not been able to use the facilities. I canceled before money was withdrawn from my account. They refuse to cancel my services for the next 30 days knowing I am not able to use their facilities. They are charging my account and say I am welcome to use their facilities for the next 30 days. I would like to add that I have not used any of their services since February of 2020. They describe their monthly payment policy to be the same as Netflix. All I want is for my money to be refunded since my yearly subscription has ended in December of 2020.

Awful experience. Rented a room out for my sons birthday party. Paid upfront for the whole thing bought 10 pizza to insure there was enough for everyone. Well we got to the 3rd pizza and there was hair in two different peoples slices from drifferent sides of the pizza. So im only getting refunded for the 7 that didn't get touched. Which i find very unfair honestly. Because our party was ruined. They also gave away our ice cream that we personally bought and brought in with us. We had asked that it go into the freezer. They thankfully did replace that. But it was a miserable experience. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR A PARTY.

Nice place to work out or take the kids for a swim. They have a good priced family membership. We enjoy open swim on M,W,F. I'm not sure if that changes in the summer months. Corner Park is a big hit with the kids too. I like working out in the women's gym when I'm alone. I just wish they had more elliptical machines. The other gym has better equipment for lifting.
