Amazing gym with an amazing owner who is all about community and doing everything she can for her members. I have had a huge weight loss since becoming a member because the atmosphere is addicting! The group classes are so much fun that it doesn’t even feel like working out! The owner, instructors and members have become my second family that I 100% needed ❤️

I'm new to this gym. The owner, the other members and the teachers are awesome! Love the cardio drumming class with Tori and Zumba with Mari Anne is fun too! What a wonderful gym... Highly recommend!

Nice gym for women. Good variety of machines to work on and a variety of classes to meet people's need. Participates in community functions. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Just approved for silver sneakers
