I've been trying to go here since last year. There's always a sign on the door saying they're open, yet the door is always locked. How there's people that actually manage to get inside us crazy to me. I'll literally be around for 5 hours and yet they never open. Don't bother driving all the way out here, you won't be able to get in the building even though they're "open"

I have been charged for more than 1 drink at a time they even charged me for different sizes then made me jump through hoops/ wait for her to give me the drink she charged me for that I didn't order. They also leave the open sign on but constantly go out to do other things leaving the place locked up during business hours. They are never there it seems which is sad because I buy the largest size tea almost every day but that's money I'll be taking elsewhere now

I take my girlfriend here everyday. 99% of the time there is a sign on the door saying “we are on a delivery” but when we wait 15-20 minutes nobody ever shows up. This is a terribly ran business. How many people just drive off during the day because nobody is here to serve them?! Really should figure this out!!!
