This gym has a great variety of equipment — there’s something for everyone, and it’s always been clean whenever we’ve gone. The machines are well-maintained and in good condition. It can get very busy, and the layout feels a bit crowded at times, but the wide range of equipment almost makes up for it.

The staff is polite, and the single bathroom is always clean, which I really appreciate. The only downsides are that the cleaner they have you use has a very strong scent that fills the gym and can be overwhelming, and there’s no air conditioning. If you’re sensitive to strong smells or tend to overheat easily, this might not be the best fit — but for those who don’t mind either, it’s a great place to train.

Overall, it’s a solid gym with lots to offer, especially for people who want variety and don’t mind a busier atmosphere.

Love love this gym! Staff is super friendly always. Cleanest gym I've been too... Staff is constantly cleaning and I see members cleaning machines when their done. Price is good for drop in 5$ and membership monthly. They sell apparel that's cute. They are very accommodating and 24 hour gym. Evenings get busy but late morning and afternoon are prob the quittest. They have another location in Grand rapids that's bigger too.

We've been using this gym for the past 2 years and their machine selection is great I wish the gym was a little bit bigger though.
They also sell clothing by the door stop in and support your local gym and grab a membership while your at it

This gym is fine, but it’s like no one is managing it. I come in at the busiest time (5-7 PM) and there’s never anyone working. Today the floors are filthy and wet from peoples’ outside shoes and the one water fountain is broken.

There’s only one bathroom and no locker rooms. Additionally the parking lot is across the road/you have to go up stairs to enter (not handicap accessible). If any of that matters to you you’re better off going to the location in Grand Rapids. I come to this one because it’s closer to where I live.

I've been a member here for over a year now. Equipment wise, this place has almost anything you could want in a gym - benches, squat racks, plated machines, hammerstrength machines, cable machines, cardio equipment. I'd like to see a few things - locker rooms/showers, a sauna and cold plunge, and a rowing machine. Certain times of day, the gym can be overflooded, but the early morning traffic isn't bad at all. overall, great bang for buck!

I don’t like the lack of staffing, as I think you can only talk to someone MWF, but I get it…when it is staffed tho, let me tell ya: Hannah was great!!
She has the skills to hear, understand, and provide prompt and helpful solutions. Attention to detail, understanding, compassion, comprehension and communication are all very strong with this one; she cute too.

Best gym I’ve been to in the US. Great selection of hammer strength plates, bars and equipment. The chalk chalice and deadlift jack are great as well. Someone who really knows a lot about lifting designed this place. Look forward to being here long term.

The gym has everything you could think of. Top of the line equipment & 24 hour access. Price is reasonable for a membership of 2 or more. So far everyone has been friendly. Only thing I say is a downside (but not a deal breaker) is it is hot!! No AC & limited fans. Maybe add in some more fans, that would be nice.

This is the best gym around! Weight lifting gym owned by a lifter and it shows in the set up and equipment selection. The atmosphere is exactly what you’d expect from walking into a quality gym and there is a massive variety of great machines and weights. The 24/7 key card entry is boss too! Can’t beat the ownership either. Very tentative to concerns and passionate about the gym. If you’re looking to get a membership somewhere this is the spot!
