As a guy classes like this can appear not for you. THEY ARE!! I've been athletic my whole life - I know exercises and working out but I immediately knew with my first class that pilates was something very unique. The instructors are all extremely well trained, appropriately militant about form (sooo important) and really great people. The owner and staff are truly committed to helping you! This isn't a "blasting weights" workout it's focused on the excercises and form which combine to truly do incredible things. Take 3 classes and you'll know - pilates is a great method and this studio is really wonderful! FYI improves your posture, golf, getting in and out of the car - moving through life!

A true classical pilates studio - I was visiting from New York where I am a devotee of Real Pilates. I did a private session with Cheryl and she was excellent - experienced, kind, and knowledgeable about working with injuries. The studio was also beautiful, clean, and quiet.

Believe all of the hype because with is true, this studio is amazing!!! Everything from booking, parking, class times, space, and did I mention the instruction?! I blindly signed up for a class in January and have NOT looked back since. My core strength before I started was seriously lacking, I had back issues (herniated discs) and after going consistently for almost 4 months I’m not only leaner, stronger, and everyday activities and life is just better. My instructor Diana really pushes me to keep going, is great at corrections, motivation, and is just an amazing human and teacher. Love love love and just wanted to share how wonderful this place is!!

I’ve tried both the mat & tower as well as reformer pilates classes here. I love the small group & 1-to-1 instruction here. I feel comfortable enough to ask questions and learn from the instructor and would highly recommend for anyone who is looking to advance their practice!

I used to have rounded shoulders. Gianna, who is an instructor, helped me to correct my posture. Now I can stand up straight.
During the Pilates sessions, Gianna provides detailed instruction by demonstrating each move that was easy to understand.

Class sizes are small, teachers are kind yet strict with movements so you can know you will not hurt yourself and get the most out of each move.
A great Pilates class you can do on your lunch. You won’t get too sweaty but all the teeny muscles in your body will feel sore.

The past few months at Pilates Method was amazing due to instructor 'Gianna'.
Not only does she have great knowledge but also has great energy and passion each lesson! Even though I had group sessions, it always felt like 1:1 PT with specific details for me to follow!
She understood and remembered my personal weaknesses and also personally coached me to improve each lesson.
I strongly recommend this studio with all the great experience I had so far! Thank you Gianna!

OMG! I fell in love with pilates after finding out this pilates studio. It's been a year and I could see much improvements in my posture and flexibility. Gianna is my favorite instructor I always go to. She is wonderful. With her background in physical therapy and rehab, she has been helping so much to fix my bad posture and practice pilates safely. I love her detailed instructions and a gentle touch to push me a little harder🥹And when Gianna demonstrate, she looks gorgeous. I wanna be like her one day 🤞

I started my Pilates journey in 2018 and stopped for a while because my instructor moved out of state and finding someone similar was tough. Moving to 2022, I picked up Pilates at another studio then I came across The Pilates Method because I wanted to advance my practice. And all I can say is, wow did I advance my practice within the past year! Not only did I realize I was learning the non-classical Pilates, but I realized the instruction I was seeking resembling the instructor that moved existed at this studio (which was indeed classical)! I’ve tried different studios and nothing compares to this studio. I feel I have become so knowledgeable about Pilates (and my body!) and feel so prepared to enroll into the Pilates teacher training. This studio became my home and I’ll drive 30+ mins because it has become a safe and happy place for me. Definitely recommend The Pilates Method!

I love Pilates Method! Rachelle and Cheryl are wonderful to work with. My core has never felt stronger, which has helped alleviate neck pain from an old sports injury. Do not fear if you've never done Pilates. I too was a beginner, but Rach walked me through each movement and ensured proper form. I get a little better, a little stronger, and more confident after every class.
Happy to say Pilates is now a regular part of my exercise routine :)

I've been looking for a pilates studio with Korean instructor and wallah~ Pilates Method has a Korean instructor! Gianna is an amazing instructor with full of energy and knowledge. My weakened core strength caused all kinds of problems but after I tried Pilates I regained my core strength! Definitely recommend this place.

I didn't really know what to expect when I started Pilates, but Cheryl at The Pilates Method has exceeded all expectations. In less than 10 sessions I can feel the benefits of a healthier, stronger back in my everyday life...and for someone who is on their feet all day, that's saying A LOT. Cheryl is truly a master of her craft. I cannot say enough amazing things about her or The Pilates Method. If you're considering visiting the studio, do! You won't regret it.

This was my first time trying pilates and I absolutely loved it! I never knew working out could feel so relaxing. It was therapeutic but still a great exercise, I woke up sore in all the right places the next day. Christina was our instructor and she was excellent - very knowledgable, kind, and laid-back. The studio was very lovely as well. I highly recommend checking the Pilates Method out!

I signed up here as beginner just before my 73rd birthday; I’m now 75 and consider that signing up here was one of the smartest things I’ve ever done! I’m much more agile than I was (and than most people my age are) and it’s firmed & toned my muscles so much that people people tell me that I look as though I’ve lost weight! I was looking to spend this summer to strengthen my core — knowing I needed personal instruction to “rewire” my brain, correct my form, and identify where I’m unknowingly compensating in movements in yoga, tennis, hiking and skiing (my loves!).
Cheryl, the studio owner, was responsive to my inquiries, accommodating to my schedule, and advised expertly my training options for my goals.
I realized I have been unconsciously “cheating” in group fitness for many years and evading my goals — so I made the commitment to 15 private sessions.
After 3 sessions in one week — my jeans were falling beneath my hips.
After 8 sessions in three weeks — I’m
into jeans, comfortably, one size down. No squeezing into them and no muffin bulging over.
I have more to go in my final goals — but I’m astounded how fast I’m seeing a difference in my movement, shaping and posture.
Cheryl’s attention to my every move — doesn’t allow me to sneak in my cheats!! She expertly instructs, spots, corrects, or creates kinesthetic cues to maximize my result.
I am looking forward to returning to my loves with greater athleticism by correctly using a strong core!

The owner, Cheryl, is amazing. She really helped me with my scoliosis. I noticed a huge improvement in strength and my body looked incredible after a few months. She is really intuitive about the human body and was able to help rid me of a lot of bad postural habits. Trainers and other workout professionals really never helped me with form, which is essential if you have back problems. I wouldn't go ANYWHERE ELSE in the area. Cheryl and her team are the best. Classical pilates is way better than any of those newfangled pilates hybrids.
