I’ve been going to The Strength Collective for about two months now. After carrying and delivering two babies, my body changed a lot and I didn’t really feel strong in it anymore. The Strength Collective has completely changed that. The focus isn’t on getting smaller per se but on getting stronger, and that shift has been huge for me.

I really appreciate the connection and encouragement at the SC. The other women are so supportive, and Caro makes every class feel personal, like you have a 1:1 coach.

I’ve already noticed changes in my body composition, and I’m so much stronger than I was when I started from just two one hour sessions a week.

Invest in yourself- you’re worth it. I was looking for a way to get back into working out, but didn’t want to do HIIT. After being with child for 3 out of the last 6 years my body was not the same. I not only found my love for lifting, I also found a community that could relate. So thankful for The SC!

I wanted to get back into regular exercise, after two pregnancies and delivering two babies. I was drawn here because of their focus on postpartum and women's health. An all female gym is quite simply the best, not to mention, the 1:1 coaching I receive in the small ladies group classes. I feel like it's personal training but elevated because I get to workout with 1-4 other women who are in the same stage of life as me, or who have gone through it. The sense of community keeps me coming back, as well as the results I've seen. My clothes are looser, I have more confidence, I go about my daily life differently because I am stronger. Just 2-3 classes a week (2-3 hours in total) and I am a way better wife, mom, daughter, friend, business owner and more because of it. Thank you, Caro & team!

I can’t say enough good things about this gym! During my first pregnancy, I struggled with significant tailbone pain that lingered long after delivery. I started training here just before getting pregnant with my second, and Caro helped me completely resolve my pain through targeted strength and pelvic floor exercises. I was able to strength train all through pregnancy, have a wonderful natural delivery, and an amazingly quick recovery. I started gentle postpartum training just three weeks after birth and felt so supported every step of the way. Beyond the physical benefits, the community of women here is incredible—I look forward to every class and honestly can’t imagine my weekly routine without it.

I'm completely addicted to The Strength Collective! Since joining, my body composition has changed so much and my strength has improved more than I ever expected. Every workout is different and builds on the last, so I'm always challenged and learning. I love that we focus not just on the big lifts, but also on accessory work, so I'm actually learning how to lift correctly and understand why we're doing what we do.
Caro is an incredible coach- so knowledgeable, encouraging, and always explaining the reasoning behind every move. I've learned so much, and I feel stronger and more confident after every week. Plus, the community of women here is amazing- supportive, motivating and genuinely fun to train with.

The SC is exactly what I’ve been looking for: strength training + community. I tell everyone about it whenever I have the chance because there isn’t anywhere else like this. I’m challenged yet motivated. The ability to track in the app ensures I’m making progress at the right pace and pushes me to lift heavier than I ever thought I could. Caro and Jordan are great coaches, and can break down moves or offer alternative exercises to fit your needs.

The Strength Collective has been a space where I’ve become more confident and sure of myself with weight training. Caro’s training blocks have increased my strength and endurance, which carries over into my activities outside of the gym. I have ventured into the world of running and with consistent strength training at TSC, I was able to PR my half marathon by twenty minutes! I joined The Strength Collective at 22 weeks pregnant and was able to attend group classes until 36 weeks. During that time, the coaches made it super easy for me to participate with alternative moves as I progressed in pregnancy. I was even given the option for a third trimester routine to help prepare me for labor. I was also educated on the importance of every move that was suggested. I was able to go through a smooth labor and am feeling more confident postpartum than my first birth experience. I'm now able to participate with my newborn baby while reconnecting my muscle memory with SC strong mom classes. I love that this place is so much more than a gym.

As a tall woman with a history of thyroid, lower back and bone health issues, finding the right gym was a bit of a challenge — but The Strength Collective has been a complete game changer. The attention to detail from the coaches is incredible; Caro & Jordan truly understand how to tailor workouts to support me and my body. I’ve noticed such a difference in how strong and confident I feel, both inside and outside the gym.
On top of that, the atmosphere here is amazing. All of the women are so kind, encouraging, and genuinely want to see each other succeed. It’s such a positive, empowering space — I actually look forward to every workout!!
