Was looking for a restart to my home workouts and found Marc thru Google. Signed up for a free trial in August and eventually used him for several personal training sessions over the next few months. His workouts were tailored for what I was looking for in my journey and he opened me up to new exercises that I've started to incorporate at home.

He brings very positive energy and the time flies from beginning to end. Definitely will use him again in the future if I feel I'm slipping on my own workouts at home or if I want to tailor my training for golf season.

Marc has exceeded my expectations for personal training. He is pragmatic and encouraging, and I appreciate how he listens to my concerns and goals and reiterates how my training plan supports those goals. Training with Marc at his private facility has been one of the best investments I’ve made in myself. After an initial assessment from Marc, I knew I was in the right hands with a clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed studio to make every workout count. His workouts are individually personalized with careful consideration given to my goals, limitations and progress. He is highly professional, extremely knowledable about health and fitness and very easy to talk to. Honestly, the time each session flies by and you leave feeling great! The location is easy to get to, and parking is about 5 feet from the door making it ideal for busy schedules. Skilled, delivers results, professional, and fun to work with. Marc’s program has brought me results faster than I imagined was possible. I’m a mom to a toddler with a demanding career. Like many, my health and fitness were on the backburner for too long. In less than 2 months I’ve achieved significant body recomposition. My doctor was astonished at my inBody scan, giving concrete proof of fat loss + muscle growth (inBody gives breakdown of fat and skeletal muscle in your body).

Marc started with an assessment and tailored a program to address my imbalances and increase my muscle strength and endurance. Our sessions fly by they’re always engaging without being overwhelming. I’m rarely sore the next day, which I cannot say for other programs. Marc cycles between muscle groups and training strategies across the hour so I’m never totally fried in one area when we’re finished. I used to think “no pain, no gain” and being incredibly sore meant it was an effective work out and a badge of honor. To the contrary, I have never made progress so quickly and I’m never limping the day after our workouts.

I see Marc once or twice a week. I typically get in one other work out or long walk per week. That’s it, I’m not doing anything crazy, I don’t have time for that. Marc’s training has been the key to getting myself back in shape after being off the wagon for a long time.

I have been working with Marc for a few months, just once or twice a week as our schedules permit. Marc has helped me tremendously in that short time. I started with him to increase my endurance, functional strength, and to reduce pain in my hips, shoulder, and Achilles. I have seen progress on all fronts in my daily life. My balance is better, I feel more confident in my strength. When we started I hadn’t had a regular workout routine in a few years (Covid, new job). If you are looking for a personal trainer, I would absolutely recommend Marc, independent of your current fitness level and your fitness goals. His, by appointment only, gym is conveniently located right of the highway in Wixom, MI. There is lots of parking available. And Marc is very flexible when making appointments and works around your schedule.

When I first met Marc at his neat and clean gym, he sat me down and discussed my fitness goals and health history. I then had an initial trial workout session, in which he evaluated my current fitness level. This allowed him to tailor my workouts towards my fitness goals. He also gave me extremely helpful nutritional advice. I decided to sign-up for three months to give Marc a try. I could not have been happier with my decision - at the end of the initial three months I had lost 18 lb and my body fat had decreased by 3.8%! Marc made that possible with his knowledge, personality and his abilities to motivate me. I was so thankful for the goals he helped me achieve and I really enjoy working out with him that I have now been a regular client of his for the last 2.5 years.

Marc mixes up the workouts each time, introducing new activities to target different muscle groups and to keep me on track to achieve my goals, which by the way he reevaluates on a regular basis. By doing this and by taking his role very seriously, he is always exceeding my expectations. And with his pleasant and contagious personality, and his ability to provide positive reinforcement, he is always able to push me to new limits. I started with Marc 4 mon the ago. My initial goal was to lose weight. I have met my incremental weight loss goals and learned to eat better to increase metabolism and have more energy. I have lost at least 2 pant sizes and am gaining muscle (not bulk necessarily). I have lifted more weight and learned new exercises than I ever could going it alone. Marc is very encouraging and holds me accountable to our plans by checking in throughout the week. Some trainers thjnk that feeding off your insecurities will get them another month, not Marc. As a complete novice to fitness, I wanted to learn from a professional, but was a bit intimated by the idea of a personal trainer. Marc has been amazing and put all my hesitation at ease. He is very knowledgeable and makes sure to explain why certain movements are necessary and how they affect the body. He is also very good at modifying routines when necessary. Unlike other trainers I have seen, Marc is very detail-oriented. He will diligently make sure your form is correct before moving forward with the exercise and will closely monitor your trouble areas, which is very important in preventing injury.

I've really enjoyed working with Marc so far. He knows exactly when to push harder and when to encourage me when I am doubting myself. You can tell that Marc is genuinely interested in all his clients. He is always willing to meet to discuss nutrition and very speedy with responding to emails. I think Marc lets his expertise speak for itself and is not one to push you for more sessions. I would highly recommend checking him out!

I can't recommend this studio and Marc enough. Marc is a great personal trainer and amazed me with his common sense but effective approach to fitness, weight loss, and overall health. He makes you work...but you understand exactly why you're doing what you're doing. And the results prove it, he really knows his stuff! The studio is great because it's a one on one experience.
