The workout is like nothing else from what the competitors have to offer. You can go at your own pace and can always be pushed to go a little faster by a trainer. The first 15mins is perfect to get your body warmed up. The 8 rounds of boxing speed is all up to you. Go at your own pace or push yourself to go harder each minute before the bell rings. Last 15 minutes are the toughest.But well worth it! if you are not a ball of sweat and feeling good once you get home, you have done something wrong :)

The trainers keep things fun and I love that it's a full body workout. Each trainer has a slightly different style/approach so it adds a good variety to the workouts. First class is free so definitely recommend trying it out
