Been going here for the past 6 months or so and it feels amazing every time. Had to buy the unlimited so I could go six days a week and my days where I miss a work out just aren't the same. Seeing results in every area of my routine thanks to the work I put in here and I would never have the time to do as much research to create the scaleable workouts the guys here curate. They've formed a great community with teachers, doctors, parents, and everyone in between going consistently. If you put your work in and pay attention to your body you can rest assured you'll make progress and experience the glow of realizing what your effort can mean in the gym. That's had an undeniable reciprocal effect where I'm able to push myself in every area of my life and even form better relationships with my family and coworkers. Along with these other points, I need to mention the personal attention from both Hunter and Matt in regards to a condition I have that has previously made it difficult for me to build muscle in my arms without risking injury. They show me how to modify exercises and encourage me to take it easy when need be. Everything said here is completely honest and I know that because I smell like crap after every workout and look like I got lazy and took a shower with my clothes on. Thank you to my Train Muskegon fam and to everyone else-I hope to see you on a Saturday!!

I can’t say enough good things about Train Muskegon and my coaches. The facility is always clean, welcoming, and equipped with everything you need for a great workout. What really sets it apart, though, are the coaches. They are knowledgeable, motivating, and tailor each workout to meet specific goals while pushing me just the right amount. I’ve seen real progress not only in strength and endurance but also in my confidence and overall health. Muskegon's Best Gym! Come and check it out FREE for a week. You will love Hunter, the owner/instructor and Matt, instructor. They both write challenging programs with excellent guidance throughout the workout. The gym has it all, weights, machines, ropes, etc. . . Everyday, it's a new program. The members are welcoming and friendly, extended family. I love the easy to fit in a workout schedule.

TRAIN Muskegon is the best gym in MKG! I’ve been a member now for 6+ months, I’m stronger than ever, feel encouraged through my workouts, while challenging my body. I can’t recommend this gym enough! The coaching staff are creative, kind, and fun but mostly, they want you to SUCCEED at all your fitness goals! This gym offers many different class times and provides intentional programming that beginners or seasoned veterans can appreciate and grow from. The gym is super clean and organized and you will feel well taken care of by all the staff at this gym.

The space is HUGE! There is a lot of equipment and the trainers take the time to write and plan the workouts with members needs in mind. Every class format is different, every finisher is different, every piece of programming—it’s all created with intention. After almost 8 years at the gym, I was skeptical when the gym changed hands again for the second year in a row and took a few months away to try to find something new. After searching and searching, I went back after friends said they were going to give it a go. I reluctantly agreed to try a free week. Soooooo glad I did!! I have been back for a couple months and the workout is a step above anything I’ve ever experienced. Hunter (the new owner) is a class act and wants everyone to succeed and grow in overall health and functional movement. The programming is intentional and crafted for every fitness level. Easily level up any movement or modify to fit your needs.
Don’t wait, give it a go! Classes are growing and the community is booming!
