I have been working with Shane for the past few months, and I’ve seen an improvement in my confidence, coordination, and strength. I initially felt unsure because I’m new to fitness and didn’t know how to lift weights or work out effectively, but I’ve never felt judged. The workouts are always appropriately challenging for my level. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer!

Shane was recommended to me by a friend who trains with her, and my children got me a gift certificate for some sessions to get me started. I look forward to going to training. Shane focuses on whole body strength training each session, which I appreciate. She is attentive to correct form and execution of each exercise, a real benefit of the one-on-one training. She individualizes my sessions according to my goals and challenges. I am feeling stronger physically and more fit. An unexpected bonus is the positive mental confidence that I'm gaining.
Her workout space is fairly compact, but it is adequate for the work we are doing.

It's obvious that Shane has a lot of knowledge, experience and wisdom. She's very good at assessing strengths and weaknesses. When I'm struggling she helps me adjust so I can do the exercise. She's upbeat and encouraging. She gets me to work harder when she knows I can do it. I kept having injuries when I was trying to work out at a gym, even in water aerobics. I decided that I needed help and I'm glad I found Shane. I made significant progress after just 6 weeks, and continue to feel stronger every week since. Thank you Shane!

I have worked out with many trainers over the years and I can say that Shane is definitely the best! She is knowledgeable, precise, and her ability to assess your needs produces great results. She guides you through each exercise so that your form is correct which gets you maximum results and prevents injuries .Her multi approach to each exercise targets specific muscle groups while working your core and many times gives you a cardio workout at the same time.

I have been working with her the last 8 months. At 69 I have increased my strength, flexibility, balance, posture and have an overall great feeling of accomplishment. I have improved my biking, X-country skiing, gardening, chores, and lifting heavy things! I look forward to my workouts and when I don’t I still go because I know I will feel better when it is over and I will be one step closer to accomplishing my goals. I feel very fortunate to have found Shane and hope to be working with her for many years to come.

If you want results, I highly recommend Shane. She is amazing!

Shane makes sure that you are completely the exercise properly, to avoid injury! She also monitors your progression, and increases the moves accordingly!
The stretching and cool down, at the end of the exercise is so helpful! I was always so tight in the hips, and this helped! I loved lifting weights with Shane, as she challenged me.

Shane spends time to really work on the areas you need to strengthen. She helps to modify the movements if it is painful. Then, she will go make to the original movement after the modified movement which makes a big difference. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and always joyful.

I'm extremely happy and grateful to be working with Shane. Started in early 2019. First session is just to learn about you, your fitness goals, and any limitations or concerns. Extremely easy to work with. She's intelligent, funny, and (most importantly) really cares about you, and helping you achieve real progress toward your goals. She pre-plans and varies each session to rotate through all muscle groups over time while keeping things fresh. Has excellent sense of how much to challenge you, without risking an issue.
