About the Club

Toby and Julie developed the idea for Troy Gymnastics in the spring of 2005.
They put an offer in at the current location of TG1 in September and officially purchased the building the day before Thanksgiving. Renovations took only two short months, and the building officially opened for business on January 28, 2006

We had our daughter’s 5th birthday party in the treehouse. It was amazing. Staff were so incredibly helpful and professional. Would highly recommend this place for a birthday party. The two hours was plenty of time for a 5 year old age group. Thank you again! Our daughter had a great time!

My daughter and I recently attended a birthday party for her friend this past weekend at TG1, to say the least it was an amazing experience, my daughter LOVED it! Specifically, coaches Ire and Arianna were so helpful and had answers to every question we had. On the zipline they walked my daughter through it when she was struggling and continued to be engaging with her and many other kids while in the play area. Shoutout to them! Overall, amazing experience and will be back!

We had a very disappointing experience with the summer camp program at Troy Gym. My foster daughter attended only two times, and on both occasions she was picked on by another child. That alone was concerning, but what upset me most was how the situation was handled.

When I emailed about it, I received a response arguing about the definition of “bullying” instead of addressing the real issue: that a child was being picked on and felt unsafe. This was not the time for semantics - it was the time for care and accountability.

The coaches overseeing the program were mostly teenagers who barely acknowledged us, offered little to no direction to my daughter, and didn’t create a safe or attentive environment. On her very first day she was also hurt, and I did not feel that it was handled with the seriousness or communication it deserved when I arrived to pick her up.

I would not recommend this camp to other families, especially those looking for a safe, supportive, and attentive program for their children.

Where to begin? Rec instructors are very young, most are poorly trained, and, for the most part, absolutely NOT qualified to coach. To make matters worse, coaches assigned to a specific class change constantly; every week there is a new coach! In less than a month, my child went through at least 3 or 4 coaches, whose names she couldn’t even remember. Theoretically (at least in my “ideal” world) the same coach should work with the same group of gymnasts on a regular basis to identify their strengths, weaknesses, and strategies for improvement over time. When there is a new coach every week, the kids get stressed and upset, and this interferes with relationship-building and trust, and ruins what should have been a positive practice experience for the children.

This, however, pales in comparison to my next observation: the building managers (Cindy being an exception) are not just unfriendly - they are blatantly rude and disrespectful towards the customers. TG1 Manager Jen L. always, without fail, looks angry, annoyed, and in a bad mood. She’s not friendly, she’s not helpful, she’s not particularly good with the kids, and she’s outright dismissive with the adults. I find this type of behavior unacceptable and very disappointing.

Having been involved with TG for many years, I personally feel that it has always been a revolving door, with people coming and going, since Toby and TG Staff just don’t care enough to try to stop them. Customer loyalty and retention are, unfortunately, not the concepts the TG management preoccupies itself with. Troy Gym is not a magical place with beautiful memories and fun gymnastics classes. It’s a place where you and your kids are not valued, not appreciated, and not wanted. So, do yourself a favor, and don’t enter the revolving door. We’ve already exited and will not look back.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Troy Gym. When I initially signed up, I was assured that if we chose not to attend, we would receive a refund. However, after deciding not to move forward with their services and canceling, I was suddenly told that refunds are not given. This is completely unacceptable and misleading.

Not only was the lack of transparency frustrating, but their unwillingness to honor their original statement shows a lack of integrity. Parents rely on honesty and trust when choosing childcare, and unfortunately, this place has proven to be unreliable. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional service.

We went to the open gym for the very first time this winter. I have two littles, one and three year old. My older had the time of his life. Everything to climb jump slide crawl. He loved the little tunnels and the huge slide and the foam pit. The chaos was probably a little too overstimulating for my younger but he still had a good time. You have to be present and embrace the chaos. I was by myself and I could trust that my older would not do dangerous things while I followed my younger, but that may not be the case if you have kids who don’t have a healthy sense of self-preservation. I do wish there was more weekend open gym time specifically for littles.

I have a few inquiries about my daughter’s birthday party last Saturday.

The party was from 1 to 3 p.m. I paid for 30 minutes of bounce house rental, which was inflated around 1:55 p.m. However, the kids didn’t have enough time to use it because they were moved to the party room at 2:15 p.m. The bounce house was fully inflated by 2:05 p.m.

If I hadn’t ansked about the time the kids were scheduled to move to the next activity, they would likely spend the entire time in the ninja zone.

However, the most important thing is that the only staff member who seemed genuinely interested in the kids from 1 to 2:05 p.m. was the ninja coach.

I've brought my daughter here for a few years for open gym, which has always been something we/she enjoyed. Decided tonight to bring her to a kid's late night event (still here actually) and it's a complete shit show. So unorganized, chaotic, and I was surprised once I realized I'm the only parent here out of roughly 50 kids, maybe more. It was $30 w/Zipline access and I had to pull her out of the group she was in because they had absolutely no idea what their schedule was and started to seem like they weren't even headed to the Zipline. Probably the only thing my kid was really looking forward to. There's what seems like young teenagers watching each group of maybe 20 kids, and they are struggling to keep control of much of anything. I'll be happy to bring my kid back for open gym but I suggest avoiding anything other than that or a specialized class for specific purposes. Although after seeing how this has gone I'm not even sure I'd want her involved in that. Absolutely wouldn't leave my kid here alone on a night like this. Maybe the next event could actually have some structure or people in charge that aren't 14?

I appreciate the open gym open area as a fun place to meet up, but the chaos and risk is extraordinary in my opinion. You sign a waiver, and then there's a scissor lift sitting right next to the play thing. The play thing is wooden and not at all professional; I think the owner and like his cousins must have put it together. No padding, just exposed 2 x 4s and makeshift ladders and ropes falling apart. Nothing like even the quality of personal playground equipment. Plus a gigantic foam pit 10 year olds can jump into from 2 stories high while 3 year olds are struggling to get out of it, and 10 year olds throwing footballs while 3 year olds are waiting for a trampoline. As a parent, you have to be ready to confront 10 year olds who are not your child. Probably over 100 kids with one supervisor. Mats and bars have 1993 dates on them when it's 2025. I'm just thrilled to come out of here with my 3 year old relatively intact, only one football to the head.

Toby the owner has very poor business practices, he just cares about taking your money. He provides a subpar facility that needs updating and cleaning. They have mats ripped with foam spilling out, mats that are supposed to protect your child when jumping off a trampoline. I would never recommend this facility!

This review is for their open gym/ropes, available to those over 48”. My kids, ages 7 and 10, had a blast. We visited over the 2024 Christmas Break. It’s $15 for open gym, and another $10 for ropes. They charge $5 for registration for those who don’t live in the area. Ropes only go for 30 minutes at a time. Additional sessions are another $10. I still think it’s a fair price given the structure, staff, etc. Everyone I interacted with was super nice, from the initial phone call, to the front desk, to the girls managing the ropes.

Our total for the day, including registration, all-day open play, and two sessions of ropes, was $80. They were good and tired when we left. :)

This gym is very unorganized based on the few times we have enrolled in classes here. I feel there was very little growth in my child the year we went here. She grew more doing front yard gymnastics. The coaches are kind but typically the front desk can be frustrating. We have had coaches that seem quite young and seem to have limited experience with kids. If you're looking for a personable gym this is not it.

My daughter was enrolled in the toddler class for a month or so. Last week she ran out of the gym crying by herself. No staff member communicated with me what had happened. I finally figured it out and went to speak with her coach. Apparently, she wasn’t listening well, meaning she was punished by not receiving a hand stamp. Very trivial to an adult but not to a 3 year old. She is a toddler so I understand that her listening skills are not great. I am disappointed that nothing was communicated to me at that class or prior classes. That is an issue that could have resolved easily. I reached out to speak with the director and was told I’d receive a call which I never did.

The class itself was a disappointment due to the fact there were never any updates on what skills she was learning. It did not seem to have any structure.

Overall, a disappointment due to the fact we not only took her to class but open gym as well. I will no longer spend my money at a facility who clearly does not care about the children.

Quite possibly the worst place in Oakland county. Don’t do business here.they would rather lose repeated business than do what is ethically right. We sent multiple emails to their addresses asking to drop out daughters (esp after a coach belittled her and was horrible to her) and because the email didn’t go to their specific drop folder they wouldn’t honor our request. Even with email confirmation that we asked to drop. Even after speaking with employees. This company has no integrity, empath, compassion or good customer service.

they don't tell the parents when you sign up that you can't use the equipment except when they see you on it they run over to shout at you for trying to show my kid how to utilize it... maybe get the one person that you somewhat have on the floor to stop staring and snacking on popcorn and actually move around on the floor where the kids actually are and show the 3 & 5 year old how to do things. The "director" is insanely rude and said i was hanging on to the bars when my body was not, i dropped my hands on there to show my child!!! Literally insane.

We recently had a birthday party in TG-2 with my three kiddos (ages 4, 2, 2) and the staff was absolutely fantastic! Not only did they help set up and tear down decorations, but they were so attentive to the time and gave me reminders throughout the party to keep us on track. The helpers (Hannah, Mateo, Brianna & Austin) took initiative, were kind to the guests and played with the kids in the gym, and even offered to take gifts and decor back out to our car! Top to bottom, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend. We are already hoping to have our party there again next year. Thank you, Troy Gym!

We decided to try Troy Gym for the winter break. What a mistake. My kids got sick and we were not able to make the whole week. I did call but one day I called 45 minutes after the program started (which apparently is 15 minutes late in the policy) and they told me I could not get a credit. We will not be going there again if this is how they treat new customers. Also, it seems they would prefer me send a sick child to expose others. There is no empathy or compassion at all. The email I received was a copy and paste of their policy. I would NOT recommend sending your child there. By all the awful recent reviews, it looks like this place does not care about customer service at all!

Nice gym, the kids had fun with the little time they did have. 2 hour party 45 min party room /75mins of play time isn’t enough for the kids. We should be able to structure our own two hours. I would rather have more play time and a few minutes for cake & ice cream. I tried asking can we have less party room time they said no, I asked can you buy additional time they said no. Even after cake and ice cream kids wanted to play & experience more of the gym but couldn’t which suck they were sad so I had to take them skating after. I wish the kids were able to move freely around the gym as well. I understand for safety reasons they can’t just move along the gym especially smaller kids but if a staff member or two was at each location it would help. I paid extra for a bounce house that the kids couldn’t really enjoy, they were in the bounce house area for about 15 mins maybe so if they needed a bathroom break, come back & it was over time to move along. Bounce house should be up and running the whole time for the kids to play in. Seems like they just book a bunch of parties literally two hours a part, they don’t really care if the kids have fun it’s about the money. Staff was okay, not the best. I definitely wouldn’t recommend, find another location with more play time for the kids to actually enjoy themselves, this is a waste of money if you ask me.

My kids and I were at TG1 this week. While we were there my kids expressed to me that an employee was targeting them specifically. Also I’m not sure this was why, but my children are between the age of 11-13. I’m not trying to call anyone out but she was not being polite or friendly like she should be while working with children. I assume she saw the age of my children and immediately thought that they would cause trouble or set a bad example for the little ones. Even though this environment is more big kid friendly. I am kind of disappointed because my kids and I love going here on weekends or days off.

Amazing New Zip Line!

For his birthday, my 12 year old son and I recently went on the brand new zip line at Troy Gym (building 1) and all I can say is WOW! I don’t know who loved it more, my son or me. :) We zoomed through the air moving between the 5 different zip lines 15 feet off the ground and had a crazy good time!

Troy Gym has long been a favorite of our family because of their wide variety of play options and friendly staff but this new “zip line roller coaster” takes things to a whole new level. You feel like you’re flying and it’s awesome that you can ride repeatedly on the different tracks (it’s not just one ride like so many zip lines). You can race a friend on parallel tracks, most of the tracks curve, and there’s even one spot you can kick off the wall like an action movie!

My son, his friends, and a few of us dads cruised around the zip lines for about 30 minutes laughing and racing - next time we’ll go for an hour.

Toby, the TG owner who is very engaging and clearly passionate about helping families have a great experience at TG, shared some of the cool tech stuff with us about this new zip line:

-This style zip line is what you see on cruise ships and apparently TG’s course is one of the first of its kind inside a building on land.
-The red light/green light system on each zip line has safety locks that prevent a 2nd person from launching until the first rider has arrived at and moved on from the landing spot. This prevents people from accidentally slamming into each other - important!
-The roller system that goes across the top of each line makes for an incredibly smooth ride (smoothest I’ve experienced on a zip line).
-You can easily pass people and change directions on the elevated walkway between zip lines because you’re always tethered into the safety tracks. Easy to switch who’s racing who, which zip line you want to go next, etc.

This may seem minor but the harnesses were really comfortable and that makes a big difference when you ride multiple times. No discomfort for me on 20+ rides in 30 minutes. I’d have no problem wearing that harness and zipping around for an hour.

The pricing is very reasonable as well and I like that you get unlimited rides during a time period rather than paying per ride.

Bottom Line: this is an awesome zip line and I’m going back with my family as soon as I can next time we're in Troy! Highly recommend!

I would not recommend this place for a birthday party. We came here for my nephew's birthday and we were told that the entire gym was rented. We showed up and there was a meet happening in the corner so we were not able to use that side of the gym or disturb the Meet. We were told the kids couldn't use the beams, rings or bars and they were not able to do the entire obstacle course or the zipline, so the kids could basically use the bounce house, foam pit and the open area. Definitely not worth the money. Other gymnastics places do a much better job

Horrible, unprofessional place that allows it's staff to mistreat ethnic minorities. My kids were treated poorly by one of the coaches named William Waugh last week who used bias code words "You two monkeys" right before they started their warm ups. I was totally offended by what my son told me once they got finished with their class. I then brought the issue up with the owner who did nothing about it. He just offered me free sessions as compensation. I declined and withdrew my kids from this place. We will never be coming here again. The coach should have been fired and I am totally offended and appalled that a professional place would allow something like this to go unchecked. It just goes to show that they condone this type of behavior.

There is a no-refund policy.

So, you better make sure you really want your kids there before you pay any money because it is a a policy of no refunds no matter what. Only possibly a credit towards any other future course purchase.

In my case, a coach different from the one who coached the class before, disenrolled my child from both classes I purchased because she said she noticed my child's birthday hasn't come yet.

So, by their policy she's too young for a tumbling class. They offered the ninja class instead, which is not something I was interested in for my child.

It is mostly the fact they have a "no refund" policy that makes me not want to enroll her in any other classes at Troy Gymnastics at this point.

But to make matters worse, the coach was pretty rude in the way this whole incident came about.

I complained but looks like it's not going to make any difference. I just have to chalk up the loss of the registration fee and the classes already purchased to a lesson learned. So buyer beware.

I drove from almost an hour away because my girlfriends wanted their kids to have fun at open gym. Months ago, we had a lot of fun doing this. Today, we got there at 11:20- open gym closes at noon. they tried charge me $25 “registration fee” PER KID, THEN ON TOP OF THAT, another $10 to play. In case you can’t do math, that’s $70 dollars for 40 minutes of play. When I asked them to make an exception this one time, they said they couldn’t. I asked 3 times to please make an exception because my kids were getting so upset. The women at the front desk blamed it on finances, the owner being out of town, and policy. While I’m a small business owner, and I understand policy, I also understand that a couple dollars in the door with a happy customer (that may return in the future) is better than zero dollars and an unhappy customer who will tell people about how awful the experience and customer service was. Even with my children basically kicking and screaming because they SO badly wanted to play at the gym with their friends, there was still no compassion.

I’d also like to add that at no point during the registration process for the first free play was I ever told that if I came back there would be a $25 fee per kid on top of $10 for open play per kid. I did ask how much it would cost the next time I came, and was told $10 per kid (which I was absolutely prepared to pay today)

Nice work Troy Gymnastics. It’s no wonder you don’t allow anyone to write reviews on Facebook, and your yelp and google ratings are so low.

Two words. RIP. OFF. I'd like to give them ZERO stars. My daughter went to the Teens Night Out with a friend and they charged her $45! I called to question why she paid $45 & i was told it was $20 to jump & $25 for the REGISTRATION FEE! Registration for what? She didn't enroll in a class! Beware of the hidden costs if you're not a regular.

The training in this gym is very top notch.
The coaches are amazing. Look no further this is the best gym in metro Detroit. I drive 40 minutes each way.

I’ve had my daughter enrolled in classes here for a few months. The front desk staff very regularly speak negatively about paying customers to each other out in the open right next to where you sit and watch your kid while class is in session. It makes me so uncomfortable and has happened with such regularity that I now sit upstairs where I can’t hear them.

If you call to voice concerns about the facility, a class, a particular coach or experience you had while using the facility for a birthday party know that the staff will absolutely speak loudly, likely negatively about you, all together as a group along with the owner at the front desk where other people can hear every word.

The facility itself is fine, a bit dated and could be cleaner but it’s reasonably priced and my daughter likes it.

I've never been more flabbergasted in my life. I brought my 20 month old up to Troy Gymnastics for preschool open gym (0-5 only), where she was able to get out of my reach and down a tunnel that ended both at the top of stairs and the mezzanine access, there were gates there but both were open and she darted out of sight nowhere near me. For several frantic minutes I was running back and forth trying to find my daughter with no help from staff, who chuckled at me in my panic. When I finally got ahold of her I brought my very real safety concern to the coach who gave me the unrealistic and impossible "you need to be within arm's reach of your child at all times" as a response. I asked how I was supposed to accomplish this when I am not allowed on the equipment? I was given no clear answer. I then brought my concerns to the front desk where the owner basically told me that he wasn't going to do anything about it and if I don't like it I should go somewhere else. He was very condescending and rude, as a result I will never take my kids there again, which really sucks, because they loved going there.
I can't believe that I was treated this way, and after we have been going there weekly for a year and a half. This owner does NOT CARE about the kids safety or he would not have responded so poorly to my concerns.

A bit overrated- too many kids (10-11) in a group leads to little focus on individual kids...in one hour of session, effective utilization is only 20 mins

Poor communication. Upon booking the woman didn’t even know how to help me and sent me to another building. Once I got there, I got no papers or information other than verbal. I put a deposit down and didn’t even get a receipt. They also want to charge you $10-15 PER CHAIR just for adults to be able to sit down... only kids get seated which was never communicated. Inflatable PlaySpaces has tons of bounce houses and is right down the road, more affordable and they don’t charge adults to sit. I recommend them instead.

My daughter has taken lessons here on and off for 3 years. Coaches are hit or miss (mostly misses) although a few have been amazing and engaging most are dismal. We unfortunately decided to have my daughters 5th birthday party here. Started off on a sour note right away when we arrived, walked into the room to setup and 2 of the "coaches" were already in the room. I asked if we had the right room and they said yes. I told them we were the hosts and they stared at us. Never once said hi or even Happy Birthday to my daughter. Easily high schoolers maybe early college. The one blonde girl never once interacted with kids, kept her arms crossed the entire 2 hours and couldn't wait to leave. The guy "coach" tried showing off to the other "coaches" the entire time playing on some of the equipment himself to show off. The one brunette girl did make sure the kids were safe and helped clear out the kids in the foam pit before allowing more to jump in. None of the 3 coaches were engaging, interactive or even social with kids! Called to follow up with Pat about the experience and her response was "yes we've gone over once again with our employees how they should be acting at such events" never an apology or empathy. I understand good help is hard to find but if you can't provide proper employees for an event then don't book events! We will never have another party here and I'm having my daughter take lessons elsewhere. The hassle with incompetent coaches isn't worth the expenses and time involved with this place.

Had my daughters birthday party at this place. Do not trust this place and make sure to document everything clearly. There are different people at the front desk and they do not record things what is being discussed on the phone. While I had spoken to some one on phone to confirm a specific number of kids for the party, they did not document it correctly inspite of me asking them to make sure I am not over charged. They did exactly the same thing by not documenting what was discussed over phone and I was charged additionally. Do not trust Troy Gymnastics. I will not recommend this place.

This was a nice gym 10 years ago... but it's so old and outdated now.... I personally wouldn't sign my child up for classes there. When you start going weekly you notice more and more things wrong... Most of the staff members are high school kids, the parking lot sucks, the gym always looks dirty to me. They always have random equipment leaning up against the sides of the gym that is completely unsafe!!! I'm talking about metal bars etc... I think the classes for older kids are probably better, but the classes for younger kids have a lot of wasted time. Making 2 and 3 year olds wait to bounce and run isn't realistic. It's also very distracting for the younger kids. They have multiple classes going at once and multiple circuits to choose from. so of course younger kids want to do their own thing or go dance with the other class when the music is full blast. They should definitely have the younger kids in a completely seperate room. My main concern was that it looks dirty and old. The foam pit is so gross! Every foam square has bite marks and chunks taken out!!! Looks like they throw a couple new foam pieces on top of all the nasty ones to make it look better. We dug down to see how deep it was and the stench was unbareable!!! On the plus side they started offering a ninja class that has its own seperate room and looks amazing! Im hoping they will redo the whole gym like this (especially the pirate ship gym)

I took my son to open gym paid $10 and my son found a hidden ball no one was ever playing with it and want to play with it , in his imagination he was pretending it's (lava ball) and created a playtime for himself .
However 5 minutes later
, a little girl came up to my son wanting the ball and the coach TOOK the ball from my son while he just start playing and enjoying himself and handed the ball it to the little girl , TELLING my son he should share . So the girl took the ball and ran away with it .

(when My son just found the ball and just start playing with it)

lack of experience of how to deal with kids and situations like this caused my son to be upset and sad and frustrated , he wanted the ball back and he didn't understand why was taking from him when he just found it and just start playing with it .

So My son went to the little girl and her grandma
he asked about the ball and he said I am not done playing And he said tot he her grandma she took the ball from me. (He didn't use any force other the. Explaining what happens and why he want the ball back )
That resulted a complete stranger yelling at my son and approach me rudely that my son is not behaved and he shouldn't be talking this way
(all my son did was asking for his ball that was taken too soon from him by the coach )

The coach caused my son to be sad
Caused us to be in bad situations and let a complete stranger who did not know what happens exactly to yell at my son and pass judgment on him and me .

The coach He's seeing my son was sad about the ball he DID NOT try to distract my son with another game but INSTED he say no BUD go play with something else .

It was a horrible experience ever that made so frustrated and tearing up and we couldn't understand or believe why we were talked this way from complete stranger or why the coach is coaching this way !
My son never ever takes anything from anyone but I agree he didn't stop wanting what was taken from him too soon .

My son never used any bad words or used any force. We didn't understand why a complete stranger who has nothing to do with it and didn't even know why my son is wanting that ball to pass judgment on me and him .

All I can say it the first horrible unfair experience and lack of experience from the coach that caused all this trouble .

He fail by taken the ball from my son TOO SOON

He fail to distract my son to get his mind off of the game he just created for himself

He fail by letting a complete stranger yelling at my son (like she was working there and she knows exactly what happened ) and made her pass judgment on something she's clueless .

We paid $10 for open gym that we didn't enjoy playing and we're mistreated

We will withdrawal my son from all classes we enrolled him in .

We will never use the parent night out any more .

We will not go back and not recommend this place because incident like that can happen to anyone anytime. For hiring kids who are not capable of handling normal behavior of children.

This is my gym and I love how competitive the coaches are. I live my gym and many if the coaches are in college gymnastics and are on teams themselves. The older coaches are tough and make you push yourself harder. This gym is good for training. The open gym is awesome. I'm always working in my tricks. All if the little kids look up to us older kids and I love it. Coaches are so kind and this is my gym to stay. Also many of my friends are there. Many kids from the west Bloomfield, Bloomfield and Troy area. So many kids all over are there. I love this gym and once again it's mine to stay.

Went in today to see the facility and it was very clean and has everything my daughter needs to learn gymnastics. The owner walked us around and he was very nice, professional with a good sense of humor and informative the staff was very friendly and it looked like they all were having a great time together and they helped us so much. My daughter will be joining next week she absolutely loves it after staying for a few hours for a free parents night out event. Highly recommend this gym.

My daughter started classes here when she was 3 years old and is now on Team. This gym is the most beautiful gym I have ever walked into and I have been to a lot of gyms. My daughter is now 11 years old and is currently on the higher levels of team and she is doing amazing! She even made the 2015 America's Top 100 Gymnasts for her uneven bar score! They have every program available for every child's skill level or needs. There is even a preschool and daycare inside the Team gym. All of the coaching staff work well together. I can't say anything bad about Troy Gymnastics. We love TG!

We had our twins 3rd birthday party at Troy Gymnastics. I was initially concerned because of the back-back birthday parties and parents night out in the gym that we rented. We expressed our concerns and were pleasantly surprised. The owner came to greet our guests and make sure that everything ran smoothly. They switched parents night out to the other gym. The coaches and Heather worked hard to make sure that everything ran smoothly. Our kids had a blast, and we were very thrilled. It turned out to a memorable event for us.

I can only rate for open gym...it was awesome! They have an excellent facility that's clean, wide open, and very toddler/kid friendly. My son loved it! The building where they have open gym is big but not too big where you're constantly trying to run after your kid to see where they went. The staff was young, friendly, and energetic and appeared to genuinely like the kids! Great place and I'd definitely recommend to anyone with little ones at home that need to burn off energy!

Hot, stinky. Impossible to see my daughter 50 yards away on trampolines. When I tried to stand outside an open door, I was rudely shooed away. Seriously, bring powerful binoculars if you sent to actually see your kid. Some of the positive reviews here are obviously posted by staff.

Terrible place. My daughter dropped from the bar (5 yrs old) and her coach just told her to suck it up and stand up. I ended up taking her to the dr. Great place if you want your kid injured with no sympathy. Her coach Susan" was too busy with an over crowded class to even notice my child Injured. Sure the gym is large and impressive but the coaches are still in high school and do not know a thing about what they are teaching. Stear clear of this place unless you want your kid in the hospital!!!
