I had the mindset that Pilates wasn’t for me - that is wasn’t hard enough and I needed more. After a friend started to train as an instructor, I decided to take a class to support her and immediately fell in love! After 4 kids my main focus is strength and I can actually feel myself getting stronger each class! Each instructor I have taken has been so great ( Kendal & Lauren are my favorite!) but I really haven’t had a bad class! I can’t wait to get on the app and plan my next week of when I can get in!

I've never been a group fitness class kind of person, but after trying Warehouse Pilates with a friend, I was hooked! I've been a member for over a year, and absolutely love how much stronger I feel! The instructors are very knowledgeable, and offer ways to adapt moves to fit all experience and fitness levels!

I went to a couple of classes over here and I genuinely love it. I pair it with my strength training workouts and it’s really the best thing ever. They have an app that is super convenient and lovely. The app is also convenient to use. Def do it. The energy is amazing!

Super fun workouts. Definitely challenging even for the folks that typically do regular gym workouts. Instructors are great and super helpful with your form so you get the best results. Beginners are always welcome so don’t be shy.

This is a South Lyon gem. All the trainers are very good, polite and let you go at your own pace. They help you out if you are struggling with instructions. All the equipment is top notch and always clean. Also love all the ladies and gentlemen that I have taken classes with. Everyone is very friendly and it goes a long way. Great studio with knowledgeable instructors! The boutique feel of the studio is welcoming the minute you walk in. Love that they not only have high end reformers but TRX, springboards, ankle weights so many more props for use in class. There is a class for everyone - from beginner to the more advanced and even cardio. Kisha and her team are the real deal!
