My daughter attended water’s edge for 2 days & I just received an email stating that we’re owe them $532! This place is absolutely ridiculous! My husband & I attempted to call the business on numerous occasions just to sign my daughter up for classes & no one ever answers the phone, you can’t leave a message, when you email them it takes weeks for them to respond & the response is a text message which then takes days to get a response. My daughter attended 2 classes before deciding she wasn’t happy with this facility because it’s very dirty and smells. Now I’m receiving an email stating I owe $532!? They’re 4 week sessions don’t cost that much so how in the hell is my balance $532!? This place really needs to get their shit together, so unprofessional & disorganized.

Combined, my boys have been taking classes here for years. The staff are knowledgeable and work well with kids from grade schoolers to teens. My boys always love going to class!

Waters Edge Gymnastics is a great place for your child to start learning gymnastics. The staff is all very knowledgeable and friendly. Your child will have a fantastic experience here.

We had my daughter's birthday here and it was a hit! During this time of the month there's not a whole lot to do for bithdays. Hotel parties and bowling get kinda boring. I highly recommend them! Oh and let me tell you about Miss Stephanie.... She ROCKS! The girls love you.... Thank you!

Love this place!! Coaches r awesome!! My daughter has attended class here for a very short time & has already learned a great deal..yes it's a little smelly but I don't know of any gym that smells good..lots of bare feet running around & kiddos sweating! I'll deal w the smell..watching all the kids having so much fun is well worth it:)

Stink, stank, stunk!! Seriously the worst smelling facility I've ever been in. Sitting in there for an hour is torture. My child is learning and the instructor seems excellent...but wow, smells disgusting!

As a coach and an athlete this place is the perfect place to bring anyone with any skill level to begin to learn how to move their body. The coach's are excellent and the atmosphere is friendly.

HI! Writing in response to the review written by Mark White. The policy at Water's Edge Gymnastics is that you must give two weeks written notice (email or hard copy) when discontinuing classes. When automatic payment forms are filled out the customer signs that they understand and agree to that policy. It is important that we have the information in writing and with enough time to fill any open spots as many of our classes have waiting lists. Mr. White did not provide written notice that he wished to discontinue class. Despite our policy regarding proper notice Water's Edge refunded the White's tuition they paid retroactive to the point they claimed they wanted to discontinue. Due to the hundreds of students we enroll it is most important that any communications regarding class enrollments or drops be done in written format. I'm sure this understandable.

This company has been charging my wife's CC for months after our children changed over to a different program. We were told that we have to email a request (which seems like a bad practice) - These continue to bounce - When you call the facility the phone rings and rings with no option to leave a message. We've emailed, posted on their home page and various social media pages and still nothing.
