I go to Janae for stretch sessions and she is amazing! My muscles are so tight and I cannot physically stretch out the tightness myself- I feel so much better since starting these sessions! Janae has been an athletic trainer for a long time and is very knowledgeable, professional, and I love her personality.

I’ve been going to The Center for years for PT and training. Now I’ve got my teens going there to train with Matt, who is new(er) to the Center. Love him! Positive, encouraging, but pushes each one of their own limit and they come home feeling it!! He’s awesome!!

For the past few months I have been attending the mobility and balance class at the Wellness Academy. I am in my 80's and was following the recommendation of my Physical Therapist. I am amazed at how much better I am doing and feeling. My whole body seems to be improving. I did not realize that at my age I could improve my balance. What is so wonderful about the class is that the instructors work with you where you are at and gently keep challenging you to go a little further with each exercise. My Priority Health insurance covers the expense. I feel supported and encouraged by the staff with no judgement. It is a very caring and safe environment. I would encourage anyone to give it a try.

The Wellness Academy (now home of Cascade Yoga Studio) is my refuge and center for health and wellbeing. The teachers are encouraging, helpful and able to adapt their practice to all levels of students. I’ve been a long term student and devotee of this most welcoming studio. I look forward to trying out the expanded fitness programs they can now provide. I highly recommend the yoga programs to anyone new to yoga or looking to deepen their practice.

The stretching sessions have been very valuable to me in rebuilding my knee flexibility after surgery. JaNae is a true professional and understands the techniques necessary to maximize the benefits of stretching. I would highly recommend the stretching sessions in conjunction with personal training or physical therapy.

I have trained with the Wellness Academy Team twice per week for almost five years. The results have been remarkable! I began to incorporate their new stretch sessions into my weekly routine shortly after that new service line was launched this summer. Following PT for a broken ankle, I’ve been a regular attendee of classes at the Wellness Academy for almost two years now - with their emphasis on balance, stretching, & strength training. I can’t speak highly enough of my time there. The instructors are fantastic - always working with people wherever they might be in their physical abilities. The exercises are varied - so never boring. The staff is highly caring and exceptionally knowledgeable And the overall social interaction can’t be overstated. I love my time there & highly recommend this place & these classes to everyone!!

I attend yoga here twice a week and no matter who is teaching, I always have a wonderful, restorative practice. Love the studio space, it is relaxing and not too cold. All the equipment is available if you don't own it yourself and the classes are flexible to your needs, whether a beginner or seasoned yogi! Best yoga studio I've ever attended.

All of the instructors at cascade are so kind and helpful. They gave me alternate movements for my wrist issues; I was able to do multiple downward dogs in a row without pain! That’s the first time in years.
The studio is cozy and intentional with creating a meditative, mindful space. The classes aren’t full so you have room to spread out a bit.
All of the people I’ve met who go here are wonderful. There’s a range of ages and practice levels, but I never feel intimidated being a newbie.

This is the place to practice yoga! CYS It is a well known yet hidden gem in the community. The teachers and offerings are unique and accessible for everyone. The studio is a warm, cozy, relaxed and wonderful place to tuck in.

I have been doing yoga for many years and consider Cascade Yoga my home studio. The teachers are fantastic. They are all very knowledgeable and highly trained. The space is warm and inviting. The classes are not packed so if you desire individualized attention, the teacher is able to give it. Cascade Yoga is what I would consider a traditional yoga studio, steeped in knowledge and yoga philosophy. There are a range of classes to choose from - not hot yoga, though. It's a bit tricky to find, however. It is east of Forest Hills Foods on Cascade Road in the Cascade Trails office park, just beyond the Apple Tree daycare center. It is in the lower level of 5060 Cascade Road. Give it a try. You won't be disappointed.
