Amy is amazing at diagnosing muscular problems and imbalances and designing an exercise program to resolve them She has worked with me on my posture as well as muscle spasms and Achilles tendon injury. My friends and family have noticed a difference in my posture and as well as my general fitness appearance. She has a kind and gentle approach, is extremely knowledgeable, and explains the rationale behind everything she suggests. I recommend her highly.

Whatever your excuses are for not working out, Amy will help you fix that. I’m 80 with lots of miles on me, cancer survivor and have heart disease. Amy has helped me get back to way better than normal over the last 2 years! Would I recommend her? Does a bear …….. you know the rest!

Amy is so much fun! She definitely puts fun into fitness. We were using the sand bell bags, and they were a blast. It felt like a game of hot potato, but Amy subtly added in tips for working different muscles and strengthening grip. I kept thinking, this is more fun than gym class was in school. She's a fun, sneaky fitness coach who will have you laughing and playing all the way to your fitness goals! I highly recommend giving Wildfire Fitness a try!

I love the slambell class that I take at Wildfire Fitness. It actually makes exercising fun and we are always laughing . Amy is a great instructor, friendly, fun and knowledgeable. Nice big clean space for workouts. Highly recommend.

Great work out with Amy , either one on one , in a group , or with my grand children ! They love going to exercise with Miss Amy ! The sand bells and bands are better for me than regular weights . I leave feeling great after a whole body workout 🏋️♀️
