Great hot yoga classes that are different every time! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming from the instructors to the others in class. Even when classes are full, you don't feel crowded or judged by the people around you. Plenty of yoga blocks & other props, which make the classes a little more creative than others I've attended.

Core self defense class was definitely worth the time and $$! We had our 2 high school and 2 young college students attend. All 4 girls learned valuable and practical lessons! They practiced these techniques and felt confident when they left that if needed they were way more prepared for the unexpected. Great class for anyone to attend - learn the skills needed to always protect yourself! Thank you Yoga Blue for offering this.

Highly Recommend! The studio is clean, well designed, and very comfortable. The hot yoga is a perfect escape.
I have practiced here a few times now and it is always a great experience. The groups are friendly and the instructors are very caring and helpful! The owner, Jodi, is awesome and truly cares about her business and providing a great experience for everyone.

This studio is a gem in Grandville. Stopped in for the first time today and was so happy with the friendly instructor, inviting atmosphere and challenging class. Props and water were available, as well as mats for rent. Class was tough but accessible and authentic. I will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone looking for a new studio to try, whether a seasoned Yogi or beginner!
