5 star isn't enough!
Sandra has been my coach since 2016, and I will say, the best coach I have had. A great nutrition coach, life coach and a great mentor.
Super personable and meets you where you're at and will get you where you want to be.
Shes tought me so much that my life has gone through many many growing seasons. I went from knowing nothing- Ive learned how to do Olympic style lifting, powerlifting and trained as a football athelete. If that doesn't say much! Coach Sandra has changed my life in the best ways through fitness.
If you have personal goals to reach and/or achieve, Sandra will get you there.

I have been working with Sandra now for nearly two years and keep waking up at 4:30 am to make it happen. She is an incredibly thoughtful, talented personal trainer who really took my goals into account and has used individualized curricula to get me on the path to feeling and being stronger. She also communicates incredibly well and is flexible and accomodating with her schedule.

Sandra and Tee at Avelli Fitness are the best trainers I have ever worked with. They are the most efficient trainers in the city and know how to get amazing results without any injuries. Sandra and Tee have transformed me - I have lost almost 20 pounds, have become toned and fit and have greatly reduced the stress in my life.

My husband and I have been training with Sandra for 3 years, and she is absolutely incredible! We first started with her to get stronger for kickball, but quickly realized her program helped with so much more—better stability, more stamina, and even everyday tasks feel easier. She always meets us where we’re at, but still challenges us to push ourselves further.
We also started working with T through Sandra, and we love training with her as well. Both Sandra and T are so kind, supportive, and motivating. Because of them, we feel stronger and more capable every day. We can’t recommend them enough!

Terrina is an outstanding personal trainer! She brings massive energy, knowledge, and encouragement to every session. Her workouts are challenging yet fun, and she always tailors them to my goals.
