Beau has a deep understanding and knowledge when it comes to strength training that makes getting into it a breeze for newcomers.
Before I knew it, I had been able to lift hundreds of pounds with his guidance and expertise.
Not only that, he cultivates a healthy and positive culture in the space he uses that makes anyone looking to join feel welcome.
To this day, my body feels and works better than it ever has thanks to the program that Beau creates for each person that uses his service.

I was trained by Beau in a group environment for a few months before having to take time due to personal, unrelated reasons. Beau is a fantastic trainer, easy to work with, listens to your concerns, checks in with how you're feeling throughout. Even though it was technically a group time beau takes the time to watch every single lift that everyone does, so don't think you won't be getting a personalized experience because you certainly do. Beau is also great at being equally supportive and excited for everybody's success; he gives the same level of time and effort (and celebration) for someone lifting 45 pounds as he does for someone lifting ten times that amount. Beau is also very knowledgeable and will happily explain the why behind everything you're asked to do, it's very easy to trust the process with Beau and just come in and lift. If it wasn't for unforseen circumstances I would still be there and I look forward to being able to come back in the future.

Beau is a great teacher. I went to see him to improve my low bar squat technique. I’ve been to other coaches before, and have watched and read a lot on proper technique and all that, but while I’ve tried a bunch of stuff I couldn’t get it to work. Beau made it click for me. He has a great eye for detail and a very straightforward approach. A few adjustments here and there, try this, try that, and a clear explanation of what we’re aiming for. In the end it all came together and I felt way stronger and confident in the lift at the end. Huge difference. In my experience the fitness industry has a lot of mediocre trainers and teachers - Beau is an exception. He is high quality, I have nothing but good things to say. Highly recommend Beau and plan to return for some more instruction in the future.

My first two months training with Beau went by incredibly fast. I came in three days a week and did about an hour’s worth of work. Beau had me on an introductory system to start building strength. First, we learned the mechanics of an exercise, then we did some repetitions. Over the following weeks more exercises were introduced as well as more weight. Beau made everything simple and easy to learn. We talked between sets and he helped me with whatever I thought I needed help with. Answered questions with incredible knowledge and answered honestly.
As for results, after a month and a half I got notices from other people at the gym. That I had put on some muscle and was looking jacked. Along with my workouts I also started eating more. I gained 25lbs within two months. My shoulders started to pop out, my quads and hamstrings felt tighter, my clothes started to get smaller. It was like I was filling in and getting bigger. I still feel the same more or less, a bit heavier but I also work hard with Beau and outside lifting weights. However, without Beau’s guidance and training regimen I would not have gotten to where I am at on my own. Beau Bibeau is truly a remarkable trainer and mentor who I will continue to work with.

I've been lifting for about 8 years now but learned all my lifts, and lift form, from YouTube videos and other advice I received at the gyms I have been to. Not that the videos/advice were bad but the in person training humbled me.
After one training session with Beau he cleaned up my squats, deadlifts, and bench press (I actually hit 225 on my bench during the session which was a HUGE landmark for me). He also taught me the "Zercher Squat" which I can't wait to keep adding weight to.
No matter what level you're at, or think you're at, I'd highly suggest at the very LEAST one session at Bibeau Built. After our session he sent a customized lifting schedule for me to try that should have me adding substantially more weight to all my lifts in the coming months. As I progress I plan on going back to learn more. I came in there thinking I was a pro but realized I still have a lot to learn, I had a great time!

I got 3 months of training with Beau and in that short time my overall strength grew tremendously. Nothing but good times were had and I can’t wait until my schedule opens up for me to train with Beau again. Thanks to all of beau’s help I have the skills necessary to lift on my own during the times that I am not working directly with Beau. I am far more confident in myself than I ever have been and I owe it in large part to Beau. The training that Beau gives is not only physical but mental and I recommend with every fiber of my being that anyone lucky enough to find Beau experiences the training he offers.

Snipped summary: Development of strength through accountability.
I have worked with a lot of trainers in the past. Beau easily surpasses them all. The word that best describes Beau's program is accountability. Ironically, one of the biggest issues with personal training isn't the program, it's getting your clients to stay committed and consistent. Most fitness programs, if applied consistently will give you results. You can snag any program off the web. Beau's program is tried and true, his market differentiator is the responsibility he takes in teaching you how to build and maintain the habits to stay committed to a healthy lifestyle.
The habits you learn from Beau's sessions will help keep you happy and healthy, both in and out of the gym, for the rest of your life.

I’ve been following Beau’s instruction for four months and I am extremely pleased with my results. First and foremost, Beau has taught me how to safely perform every single lift that we do. This skill alone will reap benefits for the rest of my life. In general, I am significantly stronger, more flexible, more energetic, and more knowledgeable about fitness. I fit better in my clothes, walk a little bit taller, and feel comfortable in my skin. My results with Beau surprise me in my daily life; it is easier to play the guitar, it is effortless to bend over to the bottom shelf in the kitchen, it is more fun to play with my dog. Our focus on strength training is setting a foundation to build on throughout my fitness journey. I truly believe that Beau could help any person be a better version of themself.
