Incredibly motivating and kind coaches. This amazing community helps hold me accountable and pushes me towards my goals!
The classes are high energy and efficient. The class times are also very convenient and flexible. The facility and equipment is always clean and organized. The membership rates are reasonable and absolutely worth the investment!
Highly recommend to anyone who is struggling to maintain a workout routine while busy with other life responsibilities, anyone who misses the camaraderie of youth sports teams as an adult, and anyone who is looking to incorporate more strength training but doesn’t know where to start.

Love this place! I’ve never stuck to a gym this long and I STILL enjoy going every day. Lyle is an incredible trainer and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I have made lifelong friends here as well. The atmosphere is always upbeat and everyone is incredibly supportive. I have my 7 year anniversary in a couple weeks and there’s no plans to quit. 💕

I’ve been going to Burn Boot Camp South for 5 weeks now. I was a member at a different group fitness facility for 5 years which closed. I’d previously had Lyle as a trainer and reached out to him that day and attended Burn the next.
Although I miss my old gym, even in just the last five weeks I can tell I’m getting stronger, leaner, and more energetic throughout my days. The workouts are only 45 minutes long - they are tough, but short enough to push through on the harder days.
They seem to split workouts between strength training and cardio days. The strength days - and some cardio days - are tough enough that I often don’t need to lift later that day - where at my old gym I’d have to do two-a-days.
Class sizes average round 25-35 people and all of the trainers seem to know each member’s name. I’ve also seen every trainer there take time to personally challenge, correct form, and offer modifications for their members.
They have regular challenges, monthly focuses, and you can tell by the level of members who have apparel that they are proud of the effort they put in. Everyone encouraging regardless of ability or time as a member. Also I think I’ve given out more high fives the last 5 weeks than I have the last 2 years.😅

I have been coming to burn for several years. Since I started it has always been a welcoming community. The trainers are always motivating, and helpful to make sure the moves are done correctly to help prevent injuries. Even though there are several large classes, they make the effort to learn everyone’s name. The protocol is varied every week to keep it interesting, but balanced to make sure you get a balance of cardio, weights, and make sure your full body is worked out by the end of the week.

The Burn Boot Camp community has truly changed my life! I started my Burn journey with a one month trial and to say I was out of shape when I started is an understatement. I hadn't worked out regularly in years, and I had two young children that I was failing to keep up with energy-wise. I have always struggled to feel accepted in a fitness environment, but the staff AND other members at Burn made me feel so welcome and hyped me up the first day, second day, and every day since. The trainers are great at finding the right balance of one-on-one attention during camp times as well as guiding the group as needed. They are mindful of any injuries that members have and provide modifications for every fitness level. The best part - I have never one time felt as if other members are judging me for not being able to do certain exercises. The members make Burn a one of a kind environment and I can't tell you enough good things about Burn Boot Camp. If you're on the fence - DO IT! You will never regret making this investment in yourself.

Every day my experience at BURN Boot Camp is stellar. I am challenged and guided by knowledgeable, encouraging trainers (thank you Leyton Bohr and Trayton Penrose) who gently push me to give my very best effort while at the same time providing a fun atmosphere. The workouts are different every day and focus on all areas of the body. There are 10 camp times each day to accommodate the varied schedules of the working world, childcare, etc. The BURN corporate and beloved local staff engender a family atmosphere. Love coming to Burn. Workouts are always challenging in the right way, with mods if needed (I needed a bunch during pregnancy) and never, ever dull. Trainers seem to never have a bad or off day and genuinely care. They care about your workout goals, nutrition and you as a person. A great community to always keep you motivated. This is a great place to workout. There are class times that have free childcare. The classes are made up people with a wide range of body types and ages. I've always hated working out, finally after 6 months of convincing a friend of mine got me to come to a free Saturday class and I LOVED IT. I'm 3 months in and STILL going to the gym!! It's because of the awesome trainers and amazing Burn community. Leyton Bohr and all the additional trainers at the gym are absolutely amazing. They care about you, for you, and they are there cheering you on with every step of the way. I have never been a part of something like this before. They all encourage you to be the best you can be. Leyton isn't just a trainer he also is a great friend. I can ask him any question about my workout plan or nutrition and know I'm going to get an honest answer from him. I love this gym and all my burn sisters!! Leyton is amazing and will lead you in workouts that push you to your limits!!!

Burn is Awesome! The workouts are varied targeting the whole body throughout the week. Each week, each workout is unique! Leyton Bohr, the head trainer is incredibly supportive, inspiring and knowledge. Support trainers Jack and Justin are wonderful as well! With each exercise, modifications are given to allow people of ALL levels of fitness or with any limitation to get an incredible workout! This is THE place to go if you want to see results! It isn't just about workouts either! The staff at Burn is interested in your overall health and provide free focus meetings to keep you on target ! The other 'campers' are supportive and super fun as well. By far the best fitness organization I have ever experienced!

Burn Bootcamp is a great place to workout! It is challenging but the trainers always offer modifications so that you can workout at your level! There are people of all fitness levels and everyone is super supportive and welcoming!! Leyton, along with support trainers Jack and Justin, know you by name and know what your fitness level is so that they can push you to grow stronger!! Burn Bootcamp is not just a gym, but a community of strong, dedicated women (as well as a few men!)!! I highly recommend Burn Bootcamp!!

All of the trainers have called me by name since day one and have been so encouraging in pushing me to reach my goals! Love the focus not only on fitness but also nutrition and finding a healthy balance of the two. Such a wonderful place with high energy, loud music, never the same workout more than once and an incredible group of motivated women who high five all day every day. Burn Bootcamp Rochester is amazing and the trainer Leyton Bohr is the most caring trainer. He really wants us all to succeed and push ourselves! He knows all our names and really pushes us even when we think we don't have it. He believes in us sometimes more than we believe in ourselves! There were so many women of different sizes and walks of life, and everyone is supportive and encouraging. I started my journey with Burn Boot Camp Rochester almost 1 year ago. It has been one of the best things I have ever done for myself. I committed for the initial 30 day trial....and I was hooked in the first few days. Workouts are never the same, they are challenging and fun, and at your level.
