Felt at I was part of the community right away β both coaches and members were so welcoming and friendly. The workout was tough but fun, with great coaching and encouragement. Canβt wait to come back next time Iβm in Minneapolis (hopefully sooner). Absolutely recommend this place!

I dropped into this box during a work trip to Minneapolis. I am so happy I did, the experience was outstanding. Coach Adrianne was amazing and really helped with cues to improve an Olympic lift I had struggles with (Thanks Coach :). The box is clean, and equipped really great. If you're looking for a great gym go to CrossFit Minneapolis!

My favorite gym in town. It's quiet and welcoming. Also very clean. I've tried other places but I came back here. Staff is friendly, trainers are knowledgeable.

Dropped into a Saturday morning class with Adrienne. The class was amazing and the system to buy a class and sign all the necessary forms on line was super easy.
Please be aware that the gym is not well marked so I was wandering around for a little bit to find it. Luckily, they emailed me to warn me so I gave it some extra time to get there.
Once I found it, the class was AWESOME, and the members are very welcoming!!

I dropped in from out of town and Chadwick met me right away and was very welcoming. The waiver process was very easy and I was on my way. Coach "Doogie" was very helpful and knowledgeable. He went out his way to give me some tips for my Overhead Squats which I struggle with. Definitely drop-on if out if town or consider joining if local. Just call first so you know where to park and how to enter the locked building.

Very welcoming to drop ins and they have a well versed process for getting your waiver signed and you ready to work out. Friendly coaches who really walk around and try and help you with your form.
This place is a little loud as they have weightlifting in another room and the two seem to like to try and compete with music levels. They have a very sharp look though and appealing to the eye. Clean place where it's clear the owners take pride in organization.
They do have only a couple early morning classes so it may seem like you're a little crammed in there. Maybe that's by design to have a close community feel, and they may have done the math to determine that this is most cost effective, but I think they could fit in more classes for WODs. Either way, it didn't take away from my experience there. Great place.

Great place for a drop in and easily accessible and walkable from the downtown area. 6am class was a large and energetic group. Just make sure you enter around d the corner through the parking lot if arriving that early.

The best fitness experience EVER! Knowledgeable, accommodating, welcoming, nice coaches. The focus is on good movement and technique over huge weight -- with a safety first attitude.
Plenty of classes, and wide variation of classes. The space is huge. Worth every penny!

Easy walk from the conference center. Just far enough to drink your pre-workout and listen to your "pump" song. Clean facility and well-maintained equipment. Coaching was great & I learned some scaling options I can use when I coach back at my box. If you are a "seasoned" athlete or a newbie, you'll be fine here.

Great Drop in experience! I was in MSP on business and needed to find a Box. The location was easy walking distance from my downtown hotel and the facility was very open. The coaches are great and welcomed me as one of their own. I'm definitely going back next time I'm in town.

World class! Great music, great equipment, and highly knowledgable coaches who actively engage with their athletes throughout the workout - keeping their technique in line and constantly motivating them to push harder. If you're in the area visiting, this is an excellent choice!

Excellent everything. I've been a member for almost 2 years (Feb 2015). Leadership is always listening to us (the members) and adapting the facilities, class types, class availability, open gym time and equipment to meet changing needs and a growing community. High-quality coaching and an engaged, friendly and open community have kept me coming back at a minimum of 3x/week for the past 22 months straight. Sister locations at Crossfit St. Louis Park, Crossfit St. Paul and Crossfit Minneapolis NE are included in one membership! Same experience across the board at all 4 locations. Impressive.

Crossfit workouts are a great combination of strength and cardio training. They don't have "chest days", "arm days", and "leg days"; it's a full body workout everyday. I highly suggest doing the unlimited membership, and challenge yourself to go as often as possible.
