Rebecca is phenomenal!!
I had been procrastinating the search for a trainer for far too long, and once I met Rebecca I wished I had done it sooner. I was upfront about my gym anxiety and complete lack of knowledge, and she was quick to put me at ease. She’s extremely knowledgeable and incredibly motivating! I learn so much during each session and she’s constantly pushing me to meet a new challenge. Since I started working with Rebecca, I am healthier, stronger, and, more importantly, better educated about how my body works. I’ve done kickboxing, joined gym group lessons, done at-home videos, and none of it has helped change my body like working with Rebecca has. It turns out I didn’t know what I thought I did about fitness, which most likely contributed to preventable injuries and produced zero results. I now have a different view of what I am capable of. Rebecca’s passion, skill, and knowledge are evident right from the start. She is encouraging and supportive with the right amount of push that gets results. I started training with Rebecca approximately 4 years ago to get in shape for my sister’s wedding. I was new to lifting weights and super self conscious in the gym. Rebecca met me at my level and helped me gain so much more confidence in the gym to go along with my new toned muscles. I hadn’t planned on training past my sister’s wedding, but I enjoyed it so much that it’s 4 years later and I’m still training with her. In those four years we’ve never once repeated a workout. Rebecca continues to challenge me no matter the setting. When the pandemic hit she quickly pivoted to virtual sessions and still managed to find ways to push me, even with my limited weights and space. She even started doing socially distanced outdoor group sessions at Bde Maka Ska, which have been some of my favorite workouts to date. The squats are way easier when you’re looking out over a lake with a breeze.
I truly cannot recommend Rebecca enough. No matter your skill level she meets you where you are to help you become stronger and more confident. Best investment I ever made was when I invested in myself by training with Rebecca!

Rebecca is a very skilled trainer in both nutrition and fitness. I spent about a year with her pre-Covid working out 2x a week. She pushed me to improve my body in ways I never had before, working in general to build healthy muscle and also specifically targeting my knees to help with chronic pain. She knows how to motivate and get the work done and have a good time while doing it to. If you have never worked with a trainer before and unsure of what to expect I can tell you with Rebecca you will get a great workout that you can handle, lots of nutritional insight and physical results, I highly recommend her services.

Rebecca is the BEST personal trainer! She taught me so much during the time I've been training with her. She is an expert about fitness, weight lifting, nutrition, and health. She is extremely knowledgeable about each muscle group in the body and how to tailor her approach to your unique body and needs.
