FXB had a wonderful environment. The staff is knowledgeable and supportive and the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. The members are positive and friendly and the workouts are awesome! I can already see a big difference! FXB is perfect for a wide-range of experience levels. If you’ve not worked out before - or it’s been a while- the instructors will work with you to make sure you have the necessary form, technique and modifications. If you’re a seasoned gym rat, you’ll enjoy the variety and intensity of the workouts! I absolutely recommend FXB- don’t hesitate to give it a try!

I started my Farrell’s journey in July 2022. It was a struggle finishing strength days with just the yellow bands. However, the support & encouragement from the instructors & members is what I love the most! 3 yrs later, I am so much stronger & healthier than I was 10 yrs ago! The energy is amazing! Who would have thought that working out can be fun! The mix of kickboxing & strength is perfect. And I really like that the classes are for people of any level. You learn how to push yourself & do what you can. Because something is better than NOTHING! Living your best life comes from within & I am so grateful for everything that Farrell’s has given me❣️

I didn’t know what to expect when joining FXB-Stillwater, but I can tell you what I’ve found! First, the instructors are awesome! They are very encouraging and motivating to help you on your journey. I wasn’t sure about the strength training with bands as I’m more of an “iron lifting” kind of person. I really like the results I’ve seen from using bands along with the varying strength routines they have. I’ve seen results! And last, and probably the most impactful is the sense of community. Everyone truly cares about your success and very encouraging every day. My wife and I have found friends here and actually love going everyday! I know, crazy right! My advice, show up, do the work/trust the process, and you will see results. I’ll be there tomorrow morning, would love to see you join us!

The workouts here are demanding and fun. Going to classes with a group of people that you see most every day makes it much easier to stick to a consistent regimen, because if you miss a few days your friends will worry about you. How motivating is that?!

FBX in Stillwater is the best! Leslie who owns the gym is informative, motivating and has created a supportive incredible gym! She and her instructors lead weight training and kickboxing classes. They’re all extremely passionate about what they do and deliver an amazing workout every single time. Leslie and her team truly help to transform people into the best version of themselves. I have belonged to many gyms and I’ve tried so many different forms of exercise. I honestly say that Farrells hands-down has done the most for me.

Amazing group of individuals supporting each other. Leslie puts together some amazing routines to keep my body moving while never getting too comfortable with a routine. The instructors are encouraging and helpful to assist with form and technique. The class times work well with my schedule. Of course, if you want to go, you will make it happen. I am so happy I stepped through the door last year.

I love the challenge every morning, to start my day! The coaches hold me accountable. I like the cheering on and the fist pumps from my peers. Most of all I like how I feel. I'm almost finished with week 9 of my 10 week challenge. I was getting frustrated because I wasn't seeing enough change, quick enough. But I can see and feel the transition. This past winter, I would do 5 laps on my stairs at work (22). I would be so winded when finished. Yesterday id did 12 laps and did not feel winded at all.

I've been very happy joining Farrells. I love it. Hooked, if I might say. The teachers are friendly and helpful. I had never boxed before and am getting the hang of it because of them. I am very prone to injury, and they have helped me maintain a healthy body. I simply go for the boxing and weight training classes but my sister in law is also having fantastic results with their nutrition program. Feeling stronger after only a couple weeks. If my schedule allowed it, I'd be there every day.

Having not exercised in a really long time, I was really intimidated about trying Farrell’s! From the moment I tried my trial class, I felt welcomed and that the staff really cared that I learn the techniques and forms! The instructors are knowledgeable, fun and push me to work at my level 10! I enjoy the fact that this is instructor lead. I just completed the 10-week program at Farrell's and haven't felt this good in years! If you're looking for a perfect blend of strength training and cardio, this place is ideal. When I hit my 40's, I noticed I was losing upper body strength, as well as had a lot of back, hip and knee pain (probably from sitting at a desk). Happy to say, all of the pain has disappeared, and I'm feeling as strong as I was in my 20's - thanks Farrell's!

Huge fan of Farrell’s. Completed my 10 week session and signed on as a FIT member right after. The environment at the gym is positive, motivating, but also pushes me to do more than I would have on my own. Great set of instructors, coaches and managers. Can turn to any for support, questions, or just a friendly conversation. Classes alternate between kickboxing and strength training. No workout is the same and for that reason I look forward to the next class.

Farrell's Extreme body shaping in Stillwater helped me lose over 16 inches in the first 10 weeks. The variation in routine and team/community type atmosphere kept me motivated and accountable.
