I've worked with Adam on multiple occasions, from challenges to times I just needed some one-on-one help. He's an ideal person for these types of things because he's friendly and genuine, but he won't let you off the hook when you want to make all the excuses. I've recommended Adam to several people and will continue to do so without hesitation!

I joined a six-week fitness challenge with Healthy Obsession January of 2017. I have a substantial amount of weight to lose and was ready for the change. At age 40, I had never stepped foot in a gym and have years of failed diet fads under my belt. I was looking for a plan that was sustainable long term and something that would create good habits for me to continue well after the challenge ended. Adam did not disappoint.
The meal recommendations will not disappoint either. I am constantly amazed at how tasty (and EASY) eating healthy can be. It's changed the way I look at food and my entire family now reaps the benefits of healthier eating.
Following Adam's food plans, tips, and exercise training, I am now several inches smaller and 20 lbs down! But even better than seeing the numbers decrease, I have more energy and feel better. Most importantly, my asthma and activity endurance has improved. Recently, I was walking around campus with my college-aged daughter and she said to me, "Mom, you're not getting out of breath and winded like you usually do". It was amazing to hear that others were noticing my improved health. And I am excited to be able to participate in quality activities with my family again!

Incredibly Life Changing! I needed to learn how to work out at home, on my equipment and incorporate that into my super busy lifestyle as a business owner. Changing my eating style to Paleo, with the help of Adam was challenging, but Oh so rewarding! After I got through the "can't have this" phase, it actually opened up so many doors of what I can have! I make some pretty amazing meals, and I am never hungry! Adam came to my house on my schedule, very early AM, before I went to work, to get my program going, and keeping me on track. My goal was 30 lbs in 6 months, and I had 24 sessions with Adam, and I lost 25 lbs in that time! Even through the holidays and a Mexican vacation! I can not thank Adam enough for giving me a program that I can incorporate into my normal daily routine, and it will be doable forever! (I am 2 weeks away from 6 months, and I have 1 lb to go!) Yea for me! I highly recommend working with Adam!
