My first few sessions at Kora Pilates have been wonderful. I was a little nervous since I’m a beginner, but that feeling quickly dissipated. Kendahl made me feel so welcome and comfortable while trying something new. It’s obvious she’s passionate and skilled at what she does, and the studio itself is gorgeous and serene. Highly, highly recommend!

This place is incredible! I've wanted to explore pilates for years, and am so glad Kora exists! Kendahl is knowledgeable and approachable, and the space is absolutely gorgeous. She's a wizard at getting my body in the exact right position to isolate muscle groups. 10/10 recommend. I look forward to my weekly sessions ALL WEEK. Just can't say enough good things!

I've taken private lessons from Kendahl for over a year. I enjoy going to group classes but privates are a great way to fine tune your Pilates practice and to focus on technique. Kendahl's studio is warm and inviting....just like her.

Kendahl is everything you want in a Pilates teacher, kind and caring while thorough and detailed. I’ve worked with her for the past year privately and was new to Pilates when I started. I wanted to support my body while recovering from surgery, which was a big help, and now I’ve continued Pilates as a compliment to staying healthy and feeling good. All to say, if you need gentle sessions to pushing yourself, Kendahl can do it all.

What I like about each session is they are very tailored and never the same. It’s fun to see the progress each week as exercises evolve and things get easier to complete, opening the door for new challenges. The studio has all the equipment so the range of what can be done is huge.

I’ve genuinely felt much better since I’ve started. There have been many old patterns in my body, like how I do / don’t engage my core, which are being reversed. I have had dramatically fewer back problems since starting and after a session I feel energized and taller. Kendahl creates sessions that help me achieve my goals and is very specific to creating a healthier body.

When I met Kendahl two years ago, my back was in really bad shape; zero core strength meant my back, with its degenerated discs, was trying to do all the work. I was in constant pain, wasn't sleeping well, and had very limited mobility. I couldn't do many things that brought me joy, like gardening and biking. Today, I feel remarkably strong, and incredibly grateful to Kendahl. Her knowledge, skills, patience and kindness have truly transformed my life. There were many days in my first year that sessions were dedicated entirely to stretching and moving gently through the pain, and those sessions were life-savers. Today, I am a 60-year old Pilates addict who's both physically and mentally stronger thanks to Kendahl.
