I have been training with Dom now for about two months. Not only did I find his work out, and meal plan to be very enjoyable I am on track to hitting my goals! I had the opportunity to lift with Dom, and his Co-worker Luke. I had a great time with them, it was the hardest lift I have had. They were both super knowledgeable with lifting, None of my questions went unanswered.

Dom is an amazing trainer, I’ve been with him for awhile now and he’s helped me achieve all my personal goals and not just that he’s became a great friend. He’s someone who can relate to people who are just starting out in the gym and need a kick start to get going on the gym goals. I haven’t had any problems training with him he’s respectful, reliable, and most importantly he will push you to your limits. He has a lot of experience and if I could recommend him to all my friends and my community I would.

I’ve trained with Luke for two months now. It had been years since going to the gym, but it felt very natural with Luke guiding our sessions. The hardest thing for me is always consistency and accountability - both of which I got from my work outs. If I ever missed due to being sick or holidays, I was able to make it up right away. The flexibility is amazing. I honestly couldn’t be happier with my time spent training with Luke and Penske Training. Definitely, definitely recommend!

I've been training with Luke for around 5 months, I truly didn't expect to have it stick. My results in body and nutrition were nearly immediate, and I look forward to my sessions every week. Beyond that, he has been extremely helpful in validating my personal goals for fitness and overall body and brain health. I am queer and have complex health issues including autoimmune and chronic pain. He has been validating in my identity, helpful in training me to my max without hurting me, giving me recommendations on supplements that really have made a difference, and being supportive and pushing me gently when I have health cycles. I could even consider him my mental health practioner at this point. I have accidentally sent multiple people to him just by existing and them asking me why I am happier. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone that thinks this isn't something they can stick to, or think they are not capable of. I've tried many times with many trainers, and I cannot see me me stopping thanks to him.

The word "transformation" can be thrown around pretty loosely, but I can honestly say that starting to work with Luke marked a life epoch: there's now "pre-training" and "post-training." I came to Luke after recovering from covid and feeling at my absolute physical worst. I'm now in objectively the best shape I've ever been, with a completely different relationship to my body, food and fitness, and with a plan for continued development. I came in intimidated by the gym, and now I'm finding myself watching the clock during the workday, waiting to get back. Luke's been an amazing resource throughout this entire process; he has an enormous depth of knowledge and experience to draw from, a sincere commitment to his clients and a genuine enthusiasm for their progress. From meal planning to workout structuring to hit specific goals -- and to help conceptualize goals -- I can't imagine a better trainer.

Luke is an amazing trainer, you get daily and weekly check ins with you, he is very flexible when it comes to writing out your meals and workouts and this was 100% worth the investment. Shawn has been an excellent catalyst for my body transformation. I always struggled with consistency and never had the proper knowledge on nutrition, form, and equipment, which can make it discouraging to keep going. With Shawn's guidance, I've achieved a weight in just a month that I haven't seen in years.
