I love this gym! It's a great setup with lots of space for everybody. It never feels crowded even when it's full of people. Plus the owner does a really great job. I'm not involved in CrossFit anymore, but it looks like they have a great CrossFit program as well. If I were ever to jump back in to CrossFit, this is the program I would sign up for. It also has a great sauna and pool.

This is the first gym that I have ever had a membership at-and I cannot tell you how impressed I have been with my experience here. From quick communications on Facebook to figure out details on my insurance to get signed up, to the encouragement from the owners to bring my kids and have them work out with me, to most every staff at some point coming up to introduce themselves to me and tell me about the classes that they offer as apart of my membership…. The community of people that work here along with those who have memberships here are top notch. Friendly, and looking out for one another. This gym community helped me not feel so overwhelmed-but empowered and encouraged to learn how to become a better version of myself. All staff are very patient with my questions, and do NOT rush me through my questions and conversations.

If you’re a first timer at a gym like me, you’ll be thankful that you gave this one a chance.

Great staff, incredible membership rates, a plethora of workout equipment for all different styles of fitness... there's even a ninja room & a kids play area. If we lived in the area, we'd 💯 join. Grateful to have found this place for our Minnesota visits & that my mom&her husband have joined such a great community focused on positive fitness&health.

I love this place. I alternate between the pool and the machines. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The only thing I would like to see changed is having a TV screen by the rowing machines or moving some stationary bikes behind the treadmills on the upper level. Also, I wish the hot tub would be replaced! :-)

I want to love this place and give more stars and keep a membership but I just can't justify the cost for what you get. The place has money to upgrade the equipment or at least replace equipment that is over ten plus years old, but they for some reason like to be 30 years outdated. The lockers are dirty, tiny (all the big ones are rented out) and old...I wouldn't be surprised if they were original. The sauna is about the nicest thing there, with the hottub and pool right behind it. The carido equipment, good luck getting a good model unless you go when it's dead. The weight area is ok and probably 3rd best after the sauna and pool but some of the machines are again outdated and not as great. Basketball court is great but bring your own ball as the ones there are utterly unusable, that just shows how cheap the owner is. The showers have no privacy (think high school gym showers) which doesn't bother me, but the shower itself is terrible (again think hard spray old gym showers). The front area is nice enough and the workers are great and friendly. After having a membership there for 3 months and then later again for a month, I just can't justify spending the money for only using half of what is there since the other half is old and outdated and not really useable. It really could be a great place if they would invest some money back into it like any good business.
