Don was instrumental in helping our 13 year old son gain confidence and become more fit. We went from not leaving the room and playing video games 24/7 to a active normal 9th grader playing multiple sports. Better late than never! Thank you Don!

I've been working 1-on-1 with Ryan at Renegade two days a week for almost a year. My goals coming in were to reach (and maintain) a healthy weight and to have the energy I need to be an awesome parent to my toddler. In 11 months of functional personal training (along with following Ryan's nutrition recommendations and squeezing in one or two additional cardio workouts per week at Lifetime Gym), I'm down 60 pounds (almost half way to my goal weight) and two shirt sizes, I'm full of energy, I'm stronger than I've ever been, and I continue to make progress toward my goals every day.

All the trainers here are super friendly and seem to genuinely want you to succeed in reaching your goals. Ryan in particular is a fantastic trainer. He's personable, easy to talk to, and knows exactly when to push and when to pivot. He gives clear, actionable feedback and makes seamless adjustments to my workouts in real time when I say something like, "this movement doesn't feel right" or "my [arm/shoulder/back] really hurts today" (which is happening more often as I creep up on 40).

My only regret is that I didn't start coming 5 years sooner. Do yourself (and your future self) a big favor and start coming to Renegade today. Hope to see you there!

Renegade group classes are engaging and challenging. The instructors are all highly skilled and will help you get the most out of the workouts. You will find what works best for you at Renegade. They also provide nutrition guidance and one on one classes. Strength, cardio, yoga, and intensity training. All are welcome.

Fantastic gym. They offer classes that cater to both the novice (me) and the hard core. Their personal training is awesome, and Ryan in particular has the patience of a saint in dealing with me. I've been going there for 8 years and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Ryan and his team want nothing more than to see you achieve your health goals. Whether you are looking to start being active, gain some muscle or strength training, weight loss, or anything else, Renegade Personal Training and Fitness is the place to go. The personalized individual training (which I recommend) is great no matter which trainer you work with or if you prefer to take the boot camp classes with other people who just want to stay active. Either way you'll get whipped into shape. I am one of Ryan's weight loss clients and we have been working on my goals for almost a year and together we have successfully lost almost 90 lbs, but in a healthy and sustainable lifestyle change that I will be able to continue for a long time. We aren't done yet but I know working with Ryan and his team that together we will be successful in getting to my goals for my health and fitness. If you're looking for a new place to workout, I would highly recommend coming to Renegade Personal Training and Fitness.

I did a "boot camp" last summer here for eight weeks. Their trainers are top notch. I was very impressed at how attentive they were to us, to make sure we did the exercises properly and make sure to stretch before AND after our sessions. I can't say enough good about this workout center.

If your looking for a fun and challenging place to do personal training or fitness classes, Renegade is the place to go! After having a baby in August, I wanted to get back in shape and be fit! The trainers are very knowledgeable on fitness and nutrition! In just a couple months I have gotten stronger than I have ever been and have learned how nutrition fits in with my lifting and cardio. I have always been a runner and really enjoyed it, but now I love weight lifting with a trainer that pushes me. Thanks Ryan for making me stronger physically and mentally and pushing me to new limits! The gym is very clean and everyone is welcoming and likes to have FUN!
