Eric is a fantastic trainer!
Our thirteen-year-old is a quarterback and has really heavy feet and has been working with Eric for about 3 months. There's been a huge difference and how he moves in his agility and mobility.
The strength and core work that they do is perfect for his age.
Most importantly our son absolutely loves it!
