David is a genuinely welcoming personal trainer that has helped me with my personal fitness goals since the summer of 2021. I started sessions with him without any real gym/weightlifting knowledge and ~6 months later I already feel competent with most of the equipment. On top of this David also gives solid advice when it comes to eating healthy, and made a full week workout plan for me to do at the gym by myself. Would recommend him to anyone in the Twin Cities currently looking for a personal trainer!

I worked with Dave to improve my Olympic Weightlifting skills. As a complete beginner to the sport, I was nervous about the technical aspects of the snatch and clean & jerk. Dave was compassionate throughout our sessions, explained drills/movements in ways I understood, and was patient and positive throughout the learning process. Fantastic coaches that actually listen to your goals and tailor the training specific to those goals! David is very professional, formidable, personal and truly focuses on the best interest of the athlete. He is also realistic when it comes to goals and won't promise you a "get ripped quick" scheme.
