They treat me so kindly each and every time I’ve been to Snap in Alex. Whether it was when I had a membership living in the area or doing guest passes when visiting family at home, they always take such great care of me.
The equipment is all solid and the sauna is great to have there as well, and the locker rooms are nice and clean as well. Have tried most of the gyms in Alexandria and this is the best one by far I think.

I travel a good amount and enjoy checking out different gyms. This is one of the best Snap Fitness locations I've ever been to. I visited their last Alexandria location in the past and it was nice, but I like this location and set up even more. Great space, a ton of equipment, nice and clean. I highly recommend checking it out!

Terrible service. My husband went to school in Alexandria and chose this gym to be a part of but now doesn’t live in the area. He canceled his membership and came back home in March. They have been charging him ever since (November now). They claim it’s their policy to have paper copies on file but can’t find his…so they can’t cancel it until he submits a form… they can’t print anything from an email but they expect us to send a posted envelope with a sticky note in it due to the filing incompetence. They have no other solutions or ideas to remedy the situation. I do not recommend this gym simply because of the awful service we have run into. Don’t waste your money here.

I have used Snap Fitness in multiple locations in multiple states. Snap Fitness in Alexandria is the best! The equipment, the size of the gym, the staff, the cleanliness are excellent. The membership are focused on their workouts, yet friendly.

Was looking for a place to workout while on vacation. I couldn't go to my normal spot, the Y, due to them not currently allowing reciprocity memberships.
Snap let me pay a daily fee which was really nice. Was very surprised/impressed with the powerlifting setup in the back. Several high end power racks, DL platform with jack and more iron than anyone could need.
Wish this was my home gym, definitely be back.

Very large and well stocked gym. There are 6 squat racks, 2 dedicated bench press benches, a dedicated incline bench press and plenty of adjustable benches. There are also two sets of dumbbells from 50 lbs to about 100 lbs. Friendly and helpful staff and patrons.

This snap fitness is one of the best commercial gyms that I have been to. They have the typical commercial gym essentials but they also have a section for those interested in more free weights.

Visiting from Minneapolis for the weekend and stopped in for a workout. The facilities at first glance looked top notch. Expansive space and tons of cardio equipment. BUT I found it extremely offensive that the gym was pumping evangelist Christian sermons through the PA speakers (I'm not even kidding). It was ridiculous.
