If you haven’t checked out Grind I’m unsure what you are even doing with your life? If you are truly looking for a strength class, this is the place to be. If you want to focus on a good lift with heavyweights, that makes sense you need to get here. Make sure you go and see Julia or Nick or both. They have the absolute best classes with no nonsense movements that yield Results. It is so hard to find a strictly strength class nowadays. The cold eucalyptus soaked towel at the end seals the deal. Run don’t walk to check out the strength classes at grind.

I live in NYC and am a regular at SoulCycle, so I have a pretty high bar for spin classes. This place was amazing - upbeat vibes, fun music, great instructor (Delaney was so lovely). So happy there is finally a good spin studio in Edina - I will DEFINITELY be coming back!

So excited Grind finally opened in Edina—love it here! I took 2 classes so far and both exceeded my expectations. The staff is incredibly welcoming and makes sure you’re comfortable going at your own pace.

The cycling class is a real cardio burner (in the best way!) and perfect for beginners—they helped me set up everything before class. It was my first cycling experience, and it couldn’t have gone better.

I also took a strength training class with Madison, and it was exactly what I needed—slower, more focused, and not high-impact, which is perfect since I’m trying to avoid HIIT.

Each class has its own vibe, so there’s truly something for everyone. And the best part? The cool towel at the end—such a small touch, but makes a big difference!

The new GRIND location is next level! The space is absolutely beautiful, clean, modern, and full of energy. It seriously feels like a party where you just happen to burn a ton of calories. The cycle classes are 🔥 and the instructors bring their A-game every time…special shoutout to Meg Heaton, who is a total rockstar! Her energy is contagious and she pushes you in all the right ways. Also: parking? Surprisingly amazing. Safe, easy, and stress-free. Can’t wait for my next ride!
