I started training with Travis earlier this summer after a friend recommended him. I wanted to lose weight and get more fit and lean. I thought just going to the gym and doing some cardio a few times a week and adjusting my diet would help but it wasn't working so I thought why not see what a personal trainer is all about. SOO glad I did! I have learned so much from Travis about diet and exercise and I feel like I learn something new every week. He is insanely knowledgeable and all about helping out everyone the best he can. While I'm still learning, I can feel and see results and want to work harder to continue to see more. I feel better and much stronger then I have in years. He builds workouts fit for each person and I like that he really focuses on the little details to improve whole moves. I didn't know I was doing squats wrong all my life! Thanks to Travis, he helped to fix it! Although the workouts can be challenging at times (as they should be), Travis is a great motivator and really makes the workouts fun! Time flies while just chatting away and working on each skill! I actually look forward to working out every week now. I would highly recommend Travis to anyone looking for a personal trainer!

ve been training with Travis for about six months. Before that, I never spent much time on the gym floor unless I was on the treadmill. I never wanted to lift, because I didn't want to be bulky. Silly me!
Travis focuses on form, and in no time, I felt comfortable around weights, and was stronger and more toned than I ever expected. It's clear that he knows his stuff, but he also makes each session go by quickly with humor.
Travis is positive and encouraging, and is so excited for me with every new gain I make. When we talk nutrition, he gives me tips without preaching.
I would absolutely recommend Travis to anyone.

Travis does an amazing job of having challenging, yet functional, exercises that address multiple muscle groups at once. He is spot on with form correction and addressing goals/problem areas. Flexible and motivating, pushes clients to do as much as they can, but is mindful of injuries. I am a picky client as a physical therapist as I see too many trainers doing ridiculous exercises with people. Travis is top notch and I would refer any of my patients (as well as myself!) to him!

Just a word of thanks for the inspiration you were during our training sessions. You were very professional, but above that, you have a very unique quality in your personality, making a person feel comfortable in learning new exercises and making them give a little more than they think they could, which in turn, makes a big difference in results. You made our sessions fun and interesting. Your wide knowledge base of exercise techniques benefit your clients. So the short story is that Travis is hands down the best trainer you will ever work with! He is a genuine expert, and combined with his enthusiasm this expertise produces dramatic results. I can't recommend him highly enough.
The long story is when I first started training with Travis I was all about how much weight can I lift, but I always seemed to hit a plateau and no matter how hard I tried I just couldn't get past it. He taught me that my main focus should be my form and mind-muscle connection and then the weight would naturally come with work and boy did it come. With correct form and muscle mind connection I am now lifting more than I ever thought possible! Also, I was eating about 1,200 calories and was wanting to cut. Travis acknowledged that my main goal was to cut but he said our first priority was to get my calories up where they needed to be and then start cutting from there. With his help I was eating 3,000 calories a day and when I started cutting I was eating even more than I was when I initially wanted to cut.
Not only is he a phenomenal trainer but he is even a better person! He genuinely cares about his clients and will take the time to get to know each and every one of them. Travis takes training and your goals seriously but makes your session fun, he jokes and will even bust out a dance move if your lucky! He will learn your limits and strengths as you train and push you as hard as he knows YOU can go. He is always there to answer your questions and if he doesn't know the answer he will research until he has the answer for you. Without a doubt Travis is the most positive, supportive and caring coach. You're going to benefit immensely from his knowledge of health and fitness, his wicked sense of humor, sincere encouragement and his kick ass fitness plans.

I have had the sincere pleasure of knowing Mr. Travis Eisenbraun for the last few years. Travis emulates the pinnacle of exemplary service and partnership. From day one and consistent from day to day, Travis far supersedes any and all expectations set forth. "It is easy to provide a reference for a trainer that is a pleasure to work with. A sore lower back motivated me to seek some help from Travis Eisenbraun.
I was a bit concerned that a young super fit guy could relate to a 60 plus old guy with a sore back but that concern was put to rest quickly. Travis was respectful of all my issues and helped me to understand his approach to working on my specific situation. He was able to answer any questions I had demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of the human body and the all the amazing interactive parts. His easy going personality and clear passion for his work made me feel confident that I was in good hands. Though we just touched on the topic of nutrition, it was clear he is passionate about that as well. Travis has taught me that by increasing my core strength, my back pain subsides. I am going on my 11th month training with Travis. Before that I was going to the gym regularly but not getting anywhere near my fitness goals. At that time I was under 170lbs and about 17% body fat so skinny but didn't have much muscle. I finally decided to invest in myself to help reach my goals and I'm glad I did. Within no time i was over 170lbs and 13% body fat and noticeably more muscular and and toned. With the right diet and the programs that Travis creates each and every month have helped me finally see results and my fitness goals getting closer and closer each month (180lbs and 10-12% body fat). Travis always has an answer for any question I have and always has a way of creating workout plans to help with what I am struggling most on. He's not the kind of trainer that just watches YouTube videos of lifts and then tells his clients to do them without knowing why or if it will actually help them or not. He really knows the ins and outs of the body and what lifts to do with each client and their unique needs and goals. He does his research and it definitely shows in his work. I would definitely recommend Travis to anyone who has fitness goals, whether that be to lose weight, build muscle, or train for an event of some kind. His skills and knowledge will help with anything you are looking to do.
