BASE had been great for my son. Stevie and the other coaches are so helpful explaining the movements, the amount of weight he does. Stevie customized a program specifically designed to address the areas that he needs to work and we’ve already seen changes in his speed, strength, and mobility. I would definitely recommend checking this place out!

"I've never considered myself an athlete so the big gyms always intimidated me. I have loved the small group setting of BASE. Having people in my age range who have similar goals has been a real positive. Stevie,my trainer, is very encouraging, patient and helpful. It's been a great experience. We’ve had such a great experience with Base Sports! My almost 12 year old soccer-loving son absolutely loves going. Stevie and Collin make every session engaging, challenging, and fun. In the time we’ve been there, his confidence and overall performance have improved tremendously. He’s learned tons about proper technique, strength, and discipline. We’re so grateful for the positive environment and the dedicated trainers. Highly recommend!
