Let's talk about how these gym organizations are starting to get away with too much. They do not care about their consumers and only care to make a profit. Club4 probably has the worst management team I have ever seen from a gym. My wallet was stolen so naturally i had to get another card. I went inside the gym and updated my new card. The associate failed to update my profile despite me signing for such. Fast forward 3 months later, I am being harassed by bill collectors because they are saying I owe Club4. I reach out to Club4 who proceeds to tell me that this was due to an issue with my bank. I tell them that the previous worker must not have updated the card in the system, and they are adamant that this is an issue with my bank not them. I call my bank and they inform me that Club4 has not tried to charge my card at all in the past 3 months. Fast forward in the story, Club4 acknowledges that their employee did not properly update their system despite me telling them to do so which was back in August. They then proceed to tell me that I have to come in for them to charge my card because I have to sign. 2 days later, they charge my card for $100+ and when I go up there, they tell me that I came in and signed for it when I did not. They failed to get a new authorization from me and took the authorization that was from August and never applied and decided to apply is in October despite them explicitly stating that I would have to sign a new one. Fast forward, I ask to speak with a manager and the store manager nor the regional manager were available and never ever called me back. Now, present day I never get my money back or any type of resolve given the situation so I go to cancel my membership and they tell me i have to give a 30 day notice and they still charge you for the month despite me not wanting my membership and have not been in the gym given the situation. I would not recommend anyone to this gym ever. Not to mention, most of the classes are not taught by real people but using a LesMills which is an online training program that you do not need the gym membership for. they do not have many amenities at this location and there is also a machine that is out of service or creaking.

Worst training facility to do business with on the entire Mississippi Gulf Coast. My son and I Signed up for membership. I signed up with my son to train him for the Upcoming high school football season. During sign-up, I made the managers aware that we were just gonna train on the off-season and once in season football started, I was gonna cancel the policies. They tell you what they want you to hear to get you signed up and then when it was time to cancel, they make you jump through hoops to cancel your policy and they don’t make it easy as it sounds when you sign up. My complaint is really not about the money that they stole out of my account For three months after they said my policy was canceled . It’s just bad business. It took me three months to call and do all the stuff they wanted you to do on this app to cancel membership @ Club 4. I did everything, 4 times. While call and speaking with management every month that they charge me after I wanted to cancel. I was gonna reup my membership for myself and my son again in the off-season, but that will not happen, again. They don’t tell you all this when you sign up. First question, I asked during membership signed up was about the cancellation policy. “ Oh, it’s easy to cancel” The Cancellation policy is not even on the paperwork and how to properly cancel the Membership, not even in small print on the paperwork! I believe this is one of the main reasons humans don’t sign up for gym memberships! This place sucks. $ Cost @ CLUB4 membership, is Overpriced for the service that they provide, and the equipment is not that great either. I highly recommend going to
Rhodes fitness. Gulfport, MS. More of a family owned business better equipment, easy cancellation. Planet fitness is even easier to cancel and they got a lot more equipment

Watch out for cockroaches on the AstroTurf. Most employees have no idea what fees are charged for what and they will charge you fees that you were verbally assured would not be charged and then there is nothing they can do about said late fees.
Phone call, no return call, assured of random things that end up being false, no potential for recourse.

It took me a little bit to warm up to the place. I had been at Planet Fitness for two years. It seemed a little darker and not quite as welcoming. But after giving it a fair chance, I've met some very friendly people, they have about anything you need to work out with & I don't have to worry about getting kicked out on a time limit. A lot of people complain about trying to get out of the contract. There are 3 options. 2 of them are noncontract, pay as you go. That's what I signed up for. Here the treadmills are level. The planet fitness ones always seemed like I was walking at two levels. One foot was always hitting a little lower than the other. There's plenty of room and a lot of different stations to do whatever it is you need to do. I highly recommend this place now. They have just about everything you need to build your fitness as far as you'd like to go. A+++

I’ve been bringing our baby to the Kids Club since he was 6 months old & RIGHT when they opened. A year later, we couldn’t be happier. They made my double rainbow baby caboose feel right at home. The caretakers are so loving, attentive, & make him feel safe + happy every visit. Knowing he’s in such good hands gives me total peace of mind while I work out. Truly the BEST!

Idk how to not make this seem petty, bc after a year and a half of good service and friendly faces this I cannot help but write this . Honestly, extremely aggravated that after a month of the boxing bag being down - 10 mins on me being on it , ( my warm up by the way ) one of the trainers interrupts my workout to ask if he can use the bag in the last ten minutes of his workout before his next client - he didn’t even stay on it for five . As if he doesn’t work at the gym or had the entire time during his workout to exercise on it . But my boxing flow and round time had already been interrupted after three minutes of trying to figure out what he wanted in the first place . so I just gave it to him. Not even for a client - for his own personal use . While I was already working out on it , I had to take my gloves and wraps off ….i have a bag at my house but I can only use it certain times of the day bc I have neighbors and it’s loud - so that was my one time that it was up and working and I could actually release some anger - but now I have to do this . Everything else is great at the gym- Alex and Katherine at the front desk staff and Sara and Dylan at PT are awesome and so welcoming as well but that was actually one of the rudest things by any employee I’ve actually seen as a customer .

A membership at Club4 is close to impossible to cancel. After hours upon hours of unanswered emails and phone conversations, I was finally forced to block the gym through my bank.

This gym requires you to submit a copy of your new lease if you move? A death certificate if you die? What kind of world do we live in?

Skip the headache and go somewhere that cares about their customers. Otherwise, make sure you hire a lawyer when its time to cancel.

I’ve been a member of this gym for about 4 years and unfortunately my experience has been very negative due to ongoing harassment from the GM, Mason Campbell. From the start, he has targeted me over different things, mainly my footwear. First, I was told I couldn’t wear open-toe shoes, so I switched to foam runners, but those “weren’t up to his standards” either. I’ve gone through multiple pairs of shoes that are allowed at other gyms without any issue, yet here, I’m singled out every time. What makes this worse is that these so-called “rules” are not applied equally. I’ve seen plenty of people wearing different types of shoes, even socks, with no problem — especially if they’re his friends. Meanwhile, he watches me on camera to see what I’m wearing and sends someone over to tell me to leave. I also pay for the highest membership they offer, yet I’m still restricted from using certain spaces. For example, I was told I couldn’t use one of the rooms just to take a picture, even though I see others using it freely every day without being bothered.
This kind of selective enforcement and harassment makes the environment extremely unfair and unwelcoming. For the money I pay, I should be treated with respect and given the same access as any other member — not singled out and targeted.

New here I’ve gone thru quite a few gyms over here. I Need childcare so that really limits where I can go but I just want to say I’ve been loving it! I love the childcare I feel good about leaving my son in a safe place where he can enjoy playing with other kids. I love the passcode to get into lockers as well as how big and clean it is. There is plenty of equipment even when it is busy! Great place to workout and a judge free gym!

I’m a travel nurse that returns to visit and I always need a gym for my off time here in Gulfport. I walked in to club 4 today and they do not have monthly passes anymore. They told me I could sign up and then cancel.. meaning I would pay a start up fee, annual fee, and a monthly fee. Not sure the reasoning for the change, but there are 4 gyms nearby so I will check out those from now on for my business. ✌️

Always overcrowded. Front desk always seemed as though it was an inconvenience that I needed anything and I only went a few times due to those two issues. I called to cancel and was put on hold for what seemed like forever. Finally he came back and told me he couldnt cancel me? What? I had to visit a website, then pay a fee to cancel. Lame. Ended up having to pay over $100 just so they'd stop debiting my account.

While visiting the area my husband and I used this gym because it had child care for our 3 year old so we could get a work out in! The facility as a whole was great but I have to say the staff in the kid care area was amazing ! I believe her name was Alyssa was so friendly and kind when we showed up and asked all the right questions making me as a mom feel comfortable leaving my child with her! You could tell she has worked with kids before by the way she just scooped up all the kids in there and looked after them as if they were her own! That’s pretty rare to find these days! Broken and wobbly cardio equipment was standard. Tried all over months, hoping for one treadmill or elliptical or anything that wasn’t broken in some way. I reported significant issues three times, not sure if they recorded them but definitely didn’t fix them after several months. People who go here clearly all knew and would avoid the broken equipment. But you get stuck with the broken equipment when the gym is busy and you don’t have time to wait for a less broken piece of equipment. I was on a cardio equipment rotation alternating between treadmills and ellipticals to avoid injuries and either had to wait or use broken equipment or skip cardio some days. It just wasn’t worth it. I tried another local gym that costs about the same, much better even though it is often busier. It’s nice at this other gym to have equipment that works properly and doesn’t feel like it’s always falling apart in some kind of way. Glad I found a better option.

I was a member at this gym since 2019. I cancelled in 2024 because the staff just liked to hangout & didn’t seem to want to help. The gym wasn’t the same & when I went to cancel they wanted to charge me a maintenance fee for a gym I was never planning to return to. If I’m cancelling why charge a yearly fee for someone who cancelled because of how poor the gym became?A Machine has been broken for almost 5 months, everything outdated, cables missing their carabiner & overcrowded with people who are just there to socialize. I didn’t use the amenities for the $25 a month membership other than the fact you can’t go 24 hours with the basic so you have to pay the $25. This gym is ridiculous & I will never recommend anything from them to anyone. They are a JOKE.

Canceled my membership within 5 days. The customer service of the phone was excellent in that request. I felt judged by the manager there Dylan because of information I provided during the consultation about my diet and again at the StyKu scan. Body Fat total was very high compared to InBody 570 scan I did that day at another gym within 30 minutes of each other. Styku Body fat 39%/InBody 34.5. Note I just retired out the Army after 20 years Nov 1, 2024, so I know my Bodyfat percentage. I used the Bod pod, an InBody scanner, the army new army tape standard and old before. All of those are consist with my bodyfat range. The Styku was way off. The Styku measures was as if I stop strength and condition training altogether. height is 5'3" weight 156lb. Also I never received a copy of those Styku results that I paid for but I received my InBody result on the spot from the other gym. I felt insulted by Dylan comments because of a diet admission. I wish I never stated. Either way he should have not passed judgement. I attached pictures of how I look.

Despite an injury preventing me from working out, Club4 refused to cancel my membership and physical trainer agreement for several months. I have had mine and my 3 teenage sons’ memberships at club 4 for a couple of years. Due to life changes, the gym is now really far out of our way and it is no longer feasible to be paying 25.99 each a month for 4 memberships when we can't even use them. I called on May 23rd, to ensure I gave more than 30 days notice, in efforts to not be charged the $50 yearly maintenance fee that is due in July. I called into the club, spoke with a girl over the phone and told her that I needed to cancel all 4 memberships. After explaining why, she took my name, my son’s names, and all our membership numbers down. She said we will get that canceled for you ma’am. Well, on July 8th, I get charged the 25.99 monthly fee for all 4 memberships as well as $50 each for the yearly maintenance fee. So I called into the club again and speak with a different girl this time. I asked why I was charged the maintenance fees when I called in well in advance to ensure that I canceled my memberships and wouldn’t be charged. She didn’t know so I ask to speak with a manager. A younger guy named Tyler (I believe) gets on the phone and says he’s the assistant manager. I ask him the same thing and he asked who I spoke with. I said I don’t remember the girls name. He said well she probably doesn’t even work here anymore and this is probably why. Then he tells me that I cannot call into the club to cancel, that I have to call a number and speak with someone there. He also said that they can refund me the maintenance fees. I’m not even asking for them to refund my monthly fees, just the $200 in maintenance fees. So I called the number he gave me, cancel my memberships and am told that they cannot refund my money, the club is the only one that can authorize that and oh by the way, I’m still going to be charged for another month after this phone call today. So I called back to the club, spoke with Tyler again and he said they can’t do that. Seriously? It's like a the he said she said blame game and its RIDICULOUS! So I asked to speak with his manager. He wasn’t there but said that he would speak with him about it the next day and would give me a call back. Well, he calls me back the next day and said his manager isn’t willing to do anything. He isn’t willing to stop my charges for the next month either. I asked for a callback from the manager so that I can explain the situation to him personally, and 2 weeks later, I am STILL waiting on that call back! So at this point, I am literally out $400 and have to pay for another month because THEIR EMPLOYEE was not trained properly and she gave me the wrong information. It’s obvious that they do not care! With the lack of training, professionalism, in addition to the high turnover in employees, I would find another gym to give your money to!

This club is not Military friendly. They will tell you your membership was cancelled after submitting your orders but hit you will a bill for hundreds of dollars 6 months later saying you never paid. Then when you call them. They send you to 10 different people who cannot help and basically just say to bad. My daughter is active duty Military and left Mississippi in February and it now fighting a $900 bill after being told everything was canceled before she left. Do not trust this gym. If they can’t even support their military service men and women, they’re not gonna support you.

They schedule me to meet with a trainer twice after I declined on the 1st meeting. They DO NOT allow you to bring a guest without charging your guests a fee every-time they attend.

I really enjoyed working out here for the week I came to visit. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of equipment. The only thing I didn't see was an ankle cuff, but that's pretty typical. Sheila the spin instructor was amazing. So was Vanessa the Barre instructor.

Was a member for over a year, wanted the cheaper membership because I no longer need the 24/7 access. You have to cancel your current membership then pay an astronomical fee to sign up for the new membership. Absolute garbage. I would rather go pay $30 a month to a locally owned gym just for this reason alone. I won't be back. Locker room usually smells like onions. Never any paper towels. Gyn is typically full of young D bags aspiring to be body builders because it's in style and they take up all the machines to socialize. Go to a real gym if you're serious about lifting.

Nothing like being charged a whole host of fees before you can actually cancel your membership! They make you stay another 30 days and CHARGE you for it before you cancel! They also add on a couple of extra fees for god knows why, I think I ended up paying over 100 dollars just to cancel this garbage gym’s membership! :) Truly amazing customer service! I would go more into detail, but this place just doesn’t deserve the time and energy. Do yourself a favor, take your money and fitness journey to a place that actually values their customers. 😁

If no stars was an option I’d pick it, but I don’t think it is. Went in to tan, waited 6 minutes for an overweight 30 year old female who immediately started barking directives about using “their tanning process” which I am unfamiliar with because I’m visiting. She then told me to wait because I’ve never used it and was obviously frustrated even though the gym was empty. There was another person before me waiting, and she treated him as an annoyance as well. Unacceptable.

I have greatly enjoyed the facility in Gulfport and the staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I was coming pretty regularly and seeing moderate results but then I signed up for training with Ashley and so much has changed in such a short amount of time. I was honestly afraid to commit but she made the transition so easy and has been incredible. It's not a chore to come to the gym when everyone here is out for your best interest.

I started workouts just before Covid hit. The staff was very helpful at keeping us informed. Upon reopening, I worked with a personal trainer and still do to this day. Pricey, but well worth it. Drew is great to work with, and he's helped .e see tremendous results in just the first month. If you have any questions all of the staff is more than happy to help find the answer. If you're looking for a personal trainer on a (loose) budget, this is the place to start.

The other members are pretty nice, and tend to stick to them selves. The gym is clean and inspiring.

For the most part I live this gym. It really is focused on resistance traing with TONS of equipment. There are two big negatives for me:

1》they don not do a good job keeping the men's locker room clean. The carpeted floors are dirty and sticky like a night club.

2》There is no sauna (to be fair, none of the gyms in this area have saunas)
