I have been a member of Club4 for over 10 years. I really enjoy my time there. The staff is awesome and always ready to answer any questions and help out in any way.
Zach is always available if I have any questions from supplements to training. He is very knowledgeable on what it takes to reach your goals as well as my trainer Becca.
Becca is great! She is the perfect fit for me and all my training needs.
I definitely recommend the Club4 for all your fitness needs and the personal training is exceptional.

I relocated to Hernando ms, in 2021. I joined club 4 and was very impressed with how well the club was put together. As time passed; I noticed change daily and that kinda made me change my location to horn lake and I have the membership to go anywhere. The biggest reason I removed myself from club 4 was because the manager was leaving one nite and I was as well; I entered the breeze way; that leads to the back parking lot;,while walking; the manager turned around and stated to me; are you following me and I was in shock; I said to myself I will never come back to that gym; that was very offensive to the core and Ross smith was slandering my name to that manager as well; including Lindsey wesgrove; so to keep myself out of trouble and seeing how Hernando operates; I just started going to horn lake;where I feel accepted and not uncomfortable.Club 4 is a great gym; it’s just some of the people and I can’t control that.

I’ve always enjoyed Club 4 Hernando. Staff is friendly and helpful. My membership includes tanning bed and 24 hour access, so it’s perfect for me. 10 minutes from the house too 👍🏻💪🏻

good but i don’t like the $50 charge for someone coming in behind you, the door also has been stuck trying get out on non staff hours, and cleaning bathroom early Sunday morning can mess with me getting to church on time as i try take shower gym go straight to church. Minus this a good local gym best in town i think.

Horrible service company . They fee you to death . Leaving is like leaving a cult lol . Even after I canceled they kept charging my account saying I didn’t cancel my son’s , a minor, account .
Gym was good but just too expensive for how I was using it . Had to pay yearly fees on top of regular fees and then when canceling had to pay 2 $50 cancellation fees .
Again nice clean gym with good employees , just horrible service company.

Good gym but bad servicing company. Go to the website if you want to cancel your contract or they'll keep charging you. I thought my contract was canceled in June but it wasn't. Of course, the staff had no idea. Would not get another contract with this gym. NEVER AGAIN.

Women showers (all TWO stalls) are not dependable. If the water isn't shut off in the morning, then there's a good chance you're getting an icy cold shower. Hot water always breaks. Also, the handicap shower head is broken and the showers flood so unless u want wet pants after your arctic shower- you gotta change in the open. (Or wait forever to use the toilet stall) ..Again, that's IF the water isn't shut off in the morning.

I thought they were great, at first. But now I see that they are over booked and they don't stay open 24 hrs any more. I always have to check to see when they're not busy. That's about the only positive thing at this point. Save your time and money.

My wife canceled her membership well before 30 days. She even asked is there anything else she needs to do. They informed her “No.” They continued to charge her for multiple months afterwards. Club4 will give you the run around about fixing it, & it’s corporate’s fault. They NEVER will fix it. They give you a number that never picks up. You can’t leave a message/recording. You ask for an email or fax number, but they claim not to have one. They put it on your credit report with a law firm that can’t answer questions, and say that you have to call Club4. They both give you the run around. PLUS, IT IS RUMORED… that the law firm sells your personal information multiple times for profit.

The membership, atmosphere, equipment & trainers may be great, but the business part is a sham! A BIG SHAM & HEADACHE WHEN YOU CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP.

No matter what time I went to the gym it always looked like a high school hang out. Kids sit on the machines taking pictures and text. It's always packed. I would try the other gym in hernando. I hear its better. Less kids, more acces to the machines.

My family has been going to this gym for years and today when my two youngest brothers went one with an account and another with a free trial the associates gave my children a hard time where they had to call me and I come back up there and one of the associates had all 5 other associates up there just staring at me and my kids making them uncomfortable and I asked them what do I have to do to let my children in and they said they have to be 21! Years of experience with that company and my oldest is I still not 21 with a daily subscription! Then when I call the store the guy that answered the phone was the rude man I spoke with and he said he’s manager and then let me speak with another young female claiming she’s manager and hung up on me!! How unprofessional this business has turned into! I want corporate to contact me!

I went to check out the local club 4 fitness in Hernando. Wasn't sure if I wanted to join. The lady who assisted me, I think her name was Chasity, was so nice. She answered all my questions and was super helpful. I've been checking out gyms to join and they have all been so nasty. This gym was so clean. Definitely will be joining.

I love this gym, over all, however, it seems to be a bit more overwhelming to go into than my previous gym. The type of people seem to be diff. More intimidating. Sooo, naturally, that's a bit more difficult to make yourself go to equipment you don't understand & even attempt to use it. But I love the tanning beds! They're great! & so is the fact that there's a hydrophonic massage chair one can use. (Speaking of which, I haven't had the luxury to try, just yet). It's a very nice clean gym. I wish I had tutorials on all the equipment lol but that's a personal problem. 😊

Ive been going to club4 since November 2022. For the last year i have had a good experience. However recently the staff are outright disrespectful. On top of this they have a closed toes shoe only policy which makes no sense. Logically how is a closed toe shoe going to stop a weight from crushing your foot??? Anyway after being told to leave because of this footwear issue I canceled my membership because almost 30$ a month is not worth the environment this gym has become.

This gym has forever had one set of dumbbells on the db rack ranging from 5-25lb. These are the most used dumbbells in any gym. They’re in high demand and hard to get ahold of here, but today 9.12.23 a manager told me they’re ordered and will be here “within a week (or so)”. I sure hope that’s the case. Will check back on it in a week or so.

Decent place. Equipment in decent shape. Plenty of cleaning bottles and paper towels available for patrons to wipe equipment off after they use it.

No reason for people working out not to clean up after themselves. I do suggest mounting the bottles near the paper towel dispensers. Maybe then those who are confused by the process will be more inclined to do it before their exercise classes start.

Beware before you sign up. These people have hidden fees. They get you with the first month being free to pull you in then hit you with 3 different charges your second month which is some bull. I needed to cancel and they charged another fee on top of the 3 just to cancel. I’ve never had that happen at any other gym I’ve been to. I wouldn’t recommend my family, friends or worst enemy here. By far the worst gym I’ve been to as far as pricing goes and ripping people off but they have good classes.

Although every member of staff I came across was very kind, helpful and friendly, the club as a whole over charged me for 5 months after I'd left with notice (moving), they only refunded me 2 months as of yet I'm still waiting to be refunded for the remaining 3 months. A basic gym. There is no equipment that catches your attention. The constraints of the building it resides in are less than good. The parking in this shopping center is TERRIBLE and something I specifically dislike about this location. The equipment is not immediately repaired when it breaks and often equipment will be functional but clearly about to break. Mentioning these things will get you an assurance that it will be done soon but months later if ever as long as the equipment still works. Staff don't manage disruptive people that behave inappropriately. Certain gym goers spread gear all over equipment that they aren't using, forcing you to try and get them to move so you can use the equipment. Certain athletic people in this gym seem to control what happens and employees decline or are afraid to challenge them. Overcrowding at peak times is expected. The negatives outweigh the positives here as a place to work on your physical conditioning. We cancelled our memberships today. This gym needs a change in leadership.

I LOVE The Club 24! I've been going for about a month and its the best gym I've been in for the reasonable cost. I signed up with a trainer, but the entire staff is always there to help. It's clean, the equipment is in good working shape, and the patrons have all been really nice so far. If you're thinking about changing gyms or starting anew, this is the best place to be in Hernando!
