*update - maybe find another gym. Dirty, usually out of soap in the bathroom. Equipment is old and showing big signs of age, turn seats and missing parts. And they raised the rates 20% two months ago. I'm definitely leaning towards moving to a new gym.

Fantastic gym. Clean, friendly, lots of equipment. Tanning beds, massage chairs and beds, group classes, and smoothies.

Just wondering if the Cycle room bikes are ever going to get fixed. I was in there this morning and got on 3 different bikes and none of the screens worked. They just kept turning on and then off. There was an increase in membership but definitely not in maintenance of the equipment.

I've been going here for over seven years and I wouldn't want to go to any, other gym. The staff has always been amazing and engaged. The management is very hospitable and the vibe is welcoming.

It can be very crowded, especially in the latter part of the day, but people are usually friendly and willing to let you work in with them.

The only critique I would have is I wish there was more variety with the machines that I have seen in other gyms, but they go new ones recently and I expect more to come soon.

I came into crunch not knowing much but Arthur was there and he was very helpful. When I expressed my confusion he set me up with crunch kickoff and it was very helpful. Unethical business practices- Member for more than 10 years. Only went a couple times in last 3-4 years. Went into Crunch to cancel my account, which wasn't being used, and open one for my child. Oddly, they had no problem opening new account but three months later, I am still paying for my account which should have been closed. I asked the manager, Allison, to credit my daughters account with the money they were charging me since it was their mistake. She refused so I closed both accounts. I did not get a copy at the time as the printer was "down". Weird because the printer was "out of toner" today but I insisted on a copy of the cancellation and they used the printer in the back. FYI- they make you come into the gym in person to cancel, then don't want to give you a copy. This is not an isolated incident if you read the reviews. It is deceptive and predatory and I hope that they end up in a class action lawsuit for intentionally making it difficult to cancel. Unused memberships are costing you a fortune take the time to cancel yours if you don't go.

Over crowded. Machines are frequently broken by young kids and stay broken for weeks. The same young kids try to gang up on one machine and hog up the machines together in mobs. You can't get your own set in. They will try to place a drink or something on the seat of a machine as if it's "taken" and to say you can't use it. One tried to put a pen on a seat to say, don't use it. The staff act oblivious to the whole thing. Would give at least 4 stars if not for the gangs of juveniles hogging up the machines, and the staff completely ignoring the hordes of juveniles doing this.

Ever since they hyped up their wanna-be Peloton personal trainers, this gym is miserable to go to. Sofia sets up her HIIT class in the area that many regular gym goers utilize 45 MINUTES before her class even starts. Just now, Kaleigh told me I couldn’t use a bench press because she was using the bench for hip thrusts with her client. I easily could have worked my sets in, as she had her client doing supersets. It’s genuinely laughable. The guy PTs at least recognize that other people work out here, and they’re always very courteous for other gym users, esp during peak hours (which is when Sofia and Kaleigh act like they own the place). I’m sure they’ll give me dirty looks the next few times I’m in Crunch, but I don’t care. I put my earbuds in and mind my business… unless they’re in the way for no reason. I planned to cancel after being shooed away from the bench just now, but there aren’t other options in this area soooo I’m stuck.

Only good thing about this place was massage chairs, the teens travel in groups all juiced up, equipment is always taken, if for some reason something happens to you, you have to go into location to suspend or cancel membership and they will put it off till they can charge you the $60 year maintenance fee

I was so excited to get started back at the gym and went to enroll. The first thing I told him was that I was interested in group fitness and he assured me they had classes. After signing up he hands me the calendar for the classes and I notice there are very few classes offered and most of the ones I wanted were at times not conducive to someone having a job. The one class I wanted was in fact offered there but only on Saturdays at 9:00 am. Of course I would be at work. Not their fault but why only offer one day at one time?
Went in this morning willing to give the spin class a try because it is the only class they offer at five am,… everyday it seems. Today thought there was no class being done. I was told that unfortunately classes were very limited and that most often what is posted will not actually happen.

Decided to not continue through with the membership. I needed group fitness to help condition me.
Sad because this is the closest to my home, but what can you do?

VERY CROWED ALWAYS! There were times I couldn’t use the equipment I wanted people would just sit there on their phones! Lots of loitering extremely young people and they bring their girlfriends who don’t work out and just sit or stand around them. It’s too expensive to not be able to use the equipment you would have to go at 2 am.

I have a month to month membership, I got orders to a new duty station, already moved, and they told me I needed to go back in person to cancel my membership. I told them that's not happening, and asked if I can email written notice. They told me no, and that they need a physical copy of my military orders and a physical written notice mailed to them so they can scan it into their records. It makes no sense, they are just stalling to milk as much money as they can.

Staff is great and there is an adequate amount of equipment. The equipment is getting fixed much quicker now if it gets messed up. Other people who lift or workout there are actually decent people which is a nice change. I just wish it were bigger. When it gets busy it’s mostly due to spacial restriction. I still wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Fix or replace the Smoothie equipment, fix or replace the person in charge of stocking ingredients, fix or replace the employees who don’t like making smoothies because they’re probably half the problem.This is ridiculous and is just getting worse! Every day it’s something different, no ingredients, no ice, the machine is broken. Always something.

I’ve been going to this gym for a while only because it’s 24 hours and near my work. However, there has been times when menstrual cycle. Blood has been smeared on the bathroom walls or dripped on the floor and left there for days. They finally have a good team that comes and cleans up. Now the only problem is That their employee turnover rate is so high that you can never get a message through to management I have come into Freeze one of my accounts Multiple times and have left multiple messages through different staff members and have yet to get a response. Meanwhile they keep charging my kid who is away at school . I attempted to contact the general manager Who was in the office, but was sent to voicemail, and the voicemail was full. This is my fifth week of trying to freeze an account and trying to make contact with management and still to no avail.

Horrible gym, very crowded so I canceled. And was charged a maintenance fee of $40 upon canceling, even though I was only a member for 20 days. Regardless of when you sign up, you will have to pay this fee so be careful. Robbery if you ask me.
