Do not recommend nobody ever answers the phone and Iv been up there a few times and nobody answers the door. After reading these reviews it’s an ongoing thing out of other thing's I see. Took my Business to the YMCA and I’m glad I did. Their responses to some of these reviews also seem very unprofessional!

They will try to scam you out of your money. Then there is a ridiculous $200 rejoin fee if you decide to leave for a while. I think it’s more. I read the reviews and it seems people have similar problems. Be careful because they will say that your bank sends your money back and will try and make you pay a fee. It looks like it’s happened to more than a few people.

Unfortunately I’m leaving this gym. For some reason they keep sending my money back and now are trying to make me pay fees. This has happened more than once and my bank clearly tells me it’s them who refund the money and mark it as “Insignificant funds” when it’s not and Iv shown proof. Iv been told by the guy who works the front desk this happens with Regions regularly which is odd. Iv called my bank and they have confirmed it’s them. Iv also showed them the proof in my banking app. I agreed to pay the money that was refunded but I will not be conned into paying extra fees for something that was out of my control. Be careful because if it’s happening to me it’s happening to others.

whenever I’ve come home to visit family and friends I’ve made my way to Extreme. Still have the same entry key fob I was issued 6+plus years since then.This time I’ve failed to reach anyone at the front desk. Reading the reviews of those who were frustrated as myself in our failed attempts. We’re told to come during registration hours and still no answer. We’re told staff is busy with maintenance on equipment to satisfy existing clientele. The reason no one can picks up the phone calls to register.This was never the case before what has changed. Extreme’s online responses is a flagrant, unprofessional posture that refuses to take accountability for being understaff, having no staff or simple resigned to “catch us when you can”. This is one of the best gyms I’ve called home. Great equipment, selection and variety. A shame I’m missing out due to Extreme’s negligence.

Extreme Fitness it’s been 3 months. Why? did not want to relive this memory. You still have a great gym. Hopefully next time will be better.

They were nice and seated the 5 of us quickly. Our waitress was great and made sure we were well taken care of. The only issue was that some of the eggs weren't cooked to our liking.

I love this gym. It's open 24/7. There is also a pool and basketball court. There have been upgrades since 2022, which is a bonus. There are tanning and massage beds. Amazing!!

Dear business owner, I have been to your gym location 4 times without success.
Trying to become a member is like pulling teeth. Please have coverage and clear communication on how to become a member. The information is not posted on your website, your electronic sign, or on your door. I have called the number on the website and the door, again nothing. Create a better experience will create a different reaction. Your membership enrollment rate will increase.

I don't understand (Businesses in Greenville) it's as if they don't want new customers!!!! I went up there to get a membership twice, this was my second time coming up here. Of course new people can't get in, you would think someone would be working the front desk to greet new customers. But, NO that's to much like right. Every time I went up there at NORMAL business hours, so there's NO excuse. Ridiculous!!!! Smh

I didn’t go to the gym much to fully experience it due to my girlfriend getting pregnant and fearing for Covid but in my time there there’s been times where every sanitization center was completely out meaning no machines were being cleaned after people used them during a pandemic. While working out I’ve witnessed dudes mid sets get up and take their shirts off to take pictures in the mirror which is something I don’t care to see. With me not being able to workout with a pregnant girlfriend who also has a membership there, we were going to cancel it. However you have to do it in person apparently but we’ve called about 25 times in between the hours of 11-7 when someone is supposed to be there over the course of 2 months and can’t get ahold of anyone that works there to know whether I’m wasting my time driving there. Seems like the owner is dodging customers so people are forced to keep their membership. I’ve literally had people working out answer the phone in the gym just to get the phone to stop ringing.

I was down visiting family in Greenville and found this jewel. The customer service and convenience was excellent with a little southern hospitality. It's a old school gym that allows you to get down to business. I'm thankful to be able to get gains while on the road!!!
