Everybody is kind it's like a family except it's is a gym check it out if you can afford it. I have been working with one of the personal trainers for about 1.5 years now I have been able to loose 7 pounds.

What a great gym, great friendly staff! Jerry (owner) is awesome and they even have 2 “mascots”! Facility spotless. The amount of things you can do in this space is amazing! I only saw friendly faces in this space. The juice bar is everything. The prices at the juice bar were amazingly low and more like prices Circa. 2020. Both pools are nice. Really, this gym has so much to offer including a huge staff of personal trainers. The Sauna… Pickle Ball… The childcare… ! No room to put it all. Come early, parking is tight but they are working on that too! #MyGymIsBetterThanYours

This was the most scariest move I made in years. I'm 44 years old female bodybuilder who lived in Brandon and worked at Brandon Home Depot. I was helping a customer and I received a call from my wonderful husband that we will be moving to Mccomb bc he was promoted. I was in shock and my heart skipped two beats. The customer asked me if I was OK and I said with big eyes we're moving. I think I went into shock bc I was too old to start over. Let me get to the point, we came two days in row looking apartments, homes and gyms. Three years ago we were supposed to move here and I said I'm not moving if they don't have a good gym. My husband laughed and said we'll look them up now. The funny part about it I was at the gym when he announced the news three years earlier. I'm a fanatic gym goer and know a lot of Ifbb competitors and companies and I'm known by Ron Harris and his fit radio, Delray Misfits YouTube Channel, Fit Hers Magazine, Curves Magazine, NPC Night of the Gladiators, Ifbb Maria George and Blackstone Lab owner Pj Brauns in my past and several so you get the point I'm making. I was not a newbie entering the gym. Ive been veen born and raised in the gym bc due to my whole family were bodybuilders. I was amazed what Fit Flex had and it's look. The equipment is great and nothing out of order. The equipment all worked and even the machines were smooth sailing and the wire cablescdidn't twist or drop. The bathrooms clean and wonderful clean pools, corn hole, fuse ball, tennis a d kids spash pool. I've had some issues on my health and not fit like I was when moving here and have lost all muscle and gained tons of weight due to knee and arm pain of arthritis the doctor, two bones spurs in right knee so that has slowed me down. I couldn't wait to get myself back fit with all this nice equipment. I will tell you if I was fit right now they'd have to kick me out of the gym for staying too long. I'm hoping I get that relationship back with the gym and my fitness and health. Fitness has always made me feel great and happy with all those endorphins kicking. I'm hoping I get that drive again bc this gym will be my best friend soon. My wonderful husband loves this gym and I tell him to go ahead without me when I feel bad. I don't want him to fall off the wagon with me. We met 11 years ago in the gym. Everyone thought we'd marry at the gym bc we were devoted bodybuilders. I never used to skip a day and would stay in gym 4 to 6 hours daily. I'm hoping to gain a great relationship with this gym and it's machines and bring back myself again bc this is the gym to do it. Not a lot hanging out on machines like other gyms have. You can actually get your workout done without waiting on others to get through. They don't have large groups hogging up equipment and being disrespectful. The members are respectful and ask if you done before cutting in on you. The employees are nice as well. I'm excited to grow back strong in this facility.

I was a member here for a year (due to them making you commit for a full year when you sign up) and I was not impressed. It had less machines and space than a local planet fitness I used to go to. It feels cramped and there are very limited options. I heard they are expanding, but I already moved on. The pool was nice to meet with friends over the summer, but that was about it. I did not like having to pay extra money ($20 a month I believe) to have access 24/7. I am paying significantly less money now at Fitness Depot for more machines, more room, and free 24/7 access.

The kids and I really enjoy this place a lot. There’s something for all of us to do together!!
I even get some time to do a class if I want to do that! While the kids play. They have tennis! I took a class with that and had a blast! The staff and everyone are so friendly and everyone says hi and goodbye. If you like being apart of a good environment then sign up!

This is an excellent gym. It is always clean and has clean restrooms. It has pools to swim in a steam room to sweat in. If you want to play tennis, it's an extra charge, but they have that too. The one thing I wish they had is an outdoor running track around the perimeter.

Got everything you need to get a great workout and more! Nice and clean all the time with great employees. Equipment is well taking care of. They have a bunch of classes to take and one closed in heated pool and one outside pool. Locker rooms are big and have a steam room as well. They have outside activities such as tennis courts, volleyball, croquet course, as well as a splash pad for the kids. When I say it has it all I mean it has it all! Owner is a very good man and will take care of you and he definitely don’t put up with stupidness.

Ive visited three times since joining last week so far I LOVE IT. The staff are really helpful and kind. The trainers for group classes are knowledgeable and accommodating. The facility is clean and sanitary supplies are offered. They have a large variety of equipment and plenty of group classes. I did have an issue with a little boy opening the shower curtains while women where in the showers we made a complaint to the owner, I felt violated so Ill admit to being irrational but the owner remained professional and pleasant and the conversation ended in laughter so with all that being said its my new favorite place

Me and my fiancé have been going to this gym for a few years now. We have tremendously enjoyed this gym so much! This is a very up scaled place for a very good price! And we have been apart of alot of different gyms. This place is 100% up kept & clean! The staff is always super nice and friendly. This gym offers a lot of free weights and different up to date equipment! Very sad to be moving out of state and having to leave this gym. Terrible place maybe its our fault for not reading the fine print. We signed up for the family plan and were told if we ever wanted to cancel we just needed to give them a 3 day notice before the bank draft. When we tried to end our membership we were told since they are a new business we cant end our membership until after 1 year is up.

I am not a member but I took a 8 year old boy I was babysitting who's family are members so he could swim and when I went in I was expecting to pay a visitors fee for the day which I would have been more than happy to do but it turned out differently, The owner made me sign a waver just to be in the building and then told me I could not get in the pool with the boy I was babysitting and that I had to just sit there and watch him, the owner then went on to say if I was an out of towner I could have used the facility's for the day but because I am local and live in McComb I can't do anything but just sit, WOW REALLY, and then after that wasn't bad enough he said "but I will sign you up for a membership right now for $100.00 dollars a month plus a $50 sign up fee, All I wanted to do was take the boy swimming and be in the water with him to watch him closely like I'm supposed to do and like I said would have been happy to pay for being there. So not only would I not consider joining this over priced fitness center I would also NEVER recommend it to anyone, I was treated badly and insulted by the Owner who has no idea how to actually attract Customers, but he is VERY good at running potential members off.

This gym is clean and they offer a fair amount of different type of classes. The equipment is good; it's all new. My only concern is their class instructors lack training/experience - that is all but two and they're excellent instructors. I also think it's overpriced but not so much that I'm not willing to pay 🤔😀

This is by far the nicest health facility that has ever been in McComb, I have been a member of a few different one over the decades. Jerry has done a really good job here. I work out very early in the morning and am always great by a young man that cleans all night and opens up. The facility is always clean and this young man is always polite and helpful. The facility has only been open four months but I can see that they have a pattern of cleanliness and a polite staff. They have plenty of weight equipment, indoor and outdoor pools along with tennis so something for most. It is important to have a clean place when you deal with this many people inside and they do that well. Also a good polite staff is important. Four months in they deserve a 5 star. Well done!

I've enjoyed going here so far. Though they've only been open a week, I've had nothing but a good experience. Being new, obviously the place will be clean. But it's all new equipment, front to back! Staff has all been super nice and helpful getting people acclimated to the new place.

I'm especially excited about a nice pool to exercise in! There's an indoor and outdoor pool, beach volleyball, horseshoes, putting green, ping pong tables, kiddie pool and super nice tennis courts. There's also plenty of chairs to lay out if desired. That's all outside. The inside has everything you'd need with plenty of each machine. So, that's helped not having to wait for one to open up. Unlike another gym in town I was a member of, with only one or two of each and never had the machine I wanted opened.

I'm excited to be back in the gym again! They also have classes all during the week. And there's a smoothie bar. I've not had one yet but I will soon enough. They also sell healthy meals as well. I'll try one of those soon too. It's almost like you're not in McComb!
