I have been training with Ms Katrina for almost a year and I can’t believe the results. She really listened when I spoke about my target areas I wanted to address and always makes suggestions of different things to try, which makes it FUN!!! I didn’t understand when we first started why she looked in the mirror and watched as we were working out, with the results I have experienced, I look in the mirror now :) Thanks so much Katrina for everything you have done and continue to do for me. Proud you are my trainer and friend.

For a great workout, attend Katrina’s sessions. I had been looking for HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts for a while. Her sessions are fun and you know you’ve had a great workout when you leave.

I recently started early morning yoga classes with Katrina and she is simply the best! She provides easy to follow instructions while providing a fantastic workout! Yes, yoga is a workout and I feel great after her classes! Thank you for a great addition to my day!

I just started taking Katrina’s classes at Wyatt’s Gym and I am loving it! Yoga has been such a nice way to start my day and I think it will definitely help with my hip issues. Katrina creates a very peaceful environment and is an excellent instructor!

I do several fitness classes a week and have realized I do not properly recover with intentional stretch. Katrina's yoga class at Wyatt's Gym is what I do "good" for myself each week. She is easy to follow and great for beginners, walking the class through the poses, step by step. I highly recommend her yoga class.

Gr8Shape is an amazing facility where you can go and enjoy a full body without experience without a lot of noise, distractions, or judgement. The trainer is very knowledgeable and truly enjoys helping you get in “great shape”! The HIIT classes are my favorite of all! Don’t hesitate to book a session!
