So much love for Hotworx in Hattiesburg! The customer service here is truly unmatched. The staff is welcoming, encouraging, and ready to help in any way they can. The facility is always clean, and overall it is such a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for workouts.
Recently, my app was malfunctioning, which could have been a major inconvenience, but the team here went above and beyond to make sure my fitness routine wasn’t interrupted. While they couldn’t fix it directly, they immediately sent an IT ticket to corporate and kept me updated every step of the way. In the meantime, they took care of booking my workout sessions for me. This level of attentiveness and communication is consistent from the Hotworx staff—it’s clear they truly care about their members. 🧡🧘♀️🔥💪
