Hot Worx is so convenient with 24/7 access. The gym is pristine. The staff is helpful, if needed. I love the privacy of the sauna workouts. It is a totally different experience than a traditional weight lifting gym.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS STUDIO. I accidentally signed for this location and I live in texas. When I called to cancel they said they would only do it if I went into the studio or I sent a letter. I sent a letter and apparently they “didn’t receive it” so when I tried to cancel I couldn’t. I called and for awhile they would just ignore my calls and they only sent an email. I sent a letter to pause my membership for 2 months so I can cancel it and they charged my account $160. They do not have any remorse for what happened and all they want is your money. This sucks because I really liked hotworx and now I refuse to ever sign up again due to the way I was treated by this studio.

Clean studio and I liked the large weight area. However, especially when there is football game and out of town guests are in town, you should have mat and towel rentals available. That’s why I have a sweat everywhere membership and couldn’t do any mat classes here.

You had BETTER read the contract completely prior to signing! First, if you want to cancel you must go to the location in person or mail a letter to them. Note, that it has to be the specific HOTWORX where you signed up. If you happen to get a job in another town and there is a HOTWORX there, you can't cancel at that location. Second, depending on the location, you will be charged between $99 and three months dues to cancel. They just make it very difficult so they can keep getting your money. Be an informed consumer and READ THE CONTRACT !!!!

I love this place! Working out in the infrared heated saunas are awesome! The place is always clean and the staff is always very friendly.
